Dr. Chinyere Mbaeri, MD

Dr. Mbaeri does not conduct a thorough examinations. He only asks a few questions then prescribe medication. Dr. Mbaeri did not record my symptoms. When received a copy of my medical record it only displayed my diagnosis but not any of the symptoms I was experiencing.

He definitely needs to look at his staff, as they have just costed him a new patient. I did not even get to see Dr. Mbaeri, because the receptionist, and her manager, where trying to charge me an additional $65 because they were saying that my deductible was not met with my insurance. Unless I am having an x-ray, labwork, or some other procedure, my deductible should have nothing to do with an office visit. My insurance card clearly states what my co-pay is ($25). This was all very weird, as no other doctors office has tried to make me pay more then my co-pay for a regular office visit. After calling my insurance company, they agreed with me. Beware!!!

He is the best. Has been taking care of my father for years. He is always kind and caring. He really cares about his patients.

I took my son for an office visit. Cholesterol blood work that was unrelated to visit and that was not due or necessary at the time was performed in the office without knowledge to us that it would not be covered by the insurance due to being performed early. Nor were we given a choice to have bloodwork done at lab or at a later date when it was due and covered. I was billed $150 by lab for cholesterol test done in the office. I called the office at recommendation of the insurance company about the bill and lab work done was cursed out by Dr. Mbaeri who was very rude and extremely unprofessional.

Very helpful and thorough doctor! Very detailed and caring.

I have recommend Dr Mbeari to both my family and friends. He is the best doctor with the best support staff in Florida!
