The staff is terrific! They are very professional and patient. I love this place. I haven’t been treated this good anywhere.

Dr. Nduka is a caring and patient doctor she listens to her patients. She was my grandmother doctor all her life which was 99 years when she passed on. Now she is my Mother's primary physician, she always always visits my Mom when she is admitted to the hospital. I would recommend Dr. Nduka to anyone who needs special attention to their healthcare treatment.

Never even got to meet the doctor because of her staff. Possibly the most disrespectful people I've met in a doctor's office. Usually, the staff are so nice at doctor's offices, but NOT here. I was left on hold for 30 minutes, no apology, they didn't even remember I was holding. I know cause they asked what pharmacy I was calling from so they obviously just put people on hold and forget about them. Hope the doctor wises up to the staff she's hired. Changing my PCP immediately and you should to.

It is just wrong to book a patient for bloodwork (meaning you must fast, no food or water) in the late morning, and then make them wait 1.5 hours. I left after 45 min, when I was told it would be another 45 min. This whole experience was actually bad for my body! They need to manage their appointment times better, just unacceptable to have a 1.5 hour wait. Never going back.

No! I don't even want to give it 1 star. This place is horrible. Unprofessional Dr., unprofessional office staff, dirty rooms and they are just down right RUDE. After sitting in a room with someone else's blood splatter the floor, they needed to draw my blood. The phlebotomist came in, drew blood, and bandaged me up. I started bleeding thru the gauze and there were no towels, no sink, nothing for me to clean up with. So I went into the hallway to ask for assistance. She walked in and grabbed CLOROX wipes and used that in my arm! It clearly states on Clorox wipes to not use in skin! Then as I was sitting in the waiting area, a man walked in and asked a question thru the privacy window. The office clerk YELLED at another worker asking if they performed Chlamydia tests there because this man needed one!!! No privacy there! I was mortified for this poor man. Not only that, the Dr. started talking to my daughter about MY private consultation. No!!!

My mother thinks she's great, and yours probably will too! My mom doesn't like to see anyone but Dr. Nduka.

Very lively and caring doctor!! One of the best in El Paso! She gives her full and undivided attention when attending to you unlike many other doctors! Love, love, love her! And the staff is great too. Bilingual services as they should be in a city like El Paso :)

Dr. Nduka is a fantastic physician who really cares about the quality of care she gives her patients. She has been my doctor for over 15 years and has always provided exceptional counsel. The office staff is wonderful as well, very helpful and does their part to make your office visit experience a comfortable one. I'd recommend Dr. Nduka and her staff any day.

Dr. Nduka is really friendly and makes you feel at home. She cares about all her patients health. My mom has been seeing Dr. Nduka for over 10 years. Irene, Gloria and the whole staff are really FRIENDLY!!!! Thank you Dr. Nduka for treating my mom with care and the whole staff!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. NDUKA:)
