I went to ER for a horrible pain and found out it was a kidney stone I was recommended to see Dr Okoro. He was the best he explained everything and made sure I understood. When I had a little issue with my kidney he called me back right away and made sure the next day I was ok.

Dr. Okoro is one of the kindest medical professionals I have ever received patient care from. He takes the time to explain what he and his team will be doing. The procedure he and his team performed on me was very painful but they were as caring as comforting as could be. And when it came time to inform me of the results, Dr. Okoro gave me all the time I needed to ask questions. He answered every question honestly and thoroughly. I left his office feeling empowered to make a decision about my future treatment.I’m one of those people that has to know everything about my health, so I really appreciated that he didn’t talk down to me. This was a follow up. As usual, he is very professional and considerate. He explains everything well and understandably. He is friendly and puts me at ease. I am sorry that he is leaving the facility.

When your own mortality is in question, it's very important to have a good healthcare team, and I was fortunate to be seen and treated by Dr. Okoro. During my first consultation, he took his time talking to me, explaining, going over treatment options, answering my questions (as well as my son's questions), and alleviating my anxiety about my condition. I felt heard and understood. My surgery was a total success, and he checked on me the next evening, even after traveling all day long. He has responded to all of my questions when I have reached out to him via the patient portal in a timely manner. Dr. Okoro is one of the BEST doctors that I have ever had! Thank you Doc, you ROCK!!!
