Experienced, knowledgeable and caring. He takes his time to listen to me even though he is very busy. I recommended him to my family and they all believe the same, that’s how all doctors should be.

Very capable and knowledgeable Professor of Family Medicine! My family doctor for the past four years, and light years ahead of my other family doctors.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Pros: Parking is easy. Cons: if you get a physical, Dr. Aymer Al-Mutairi will not even comment on what is wrong with you. For example, I had obviously high numbers for cholesterol and all they said was "here are your results". Next, I sent an online request 10 days ago to refill a cholesterol Rx that I've taken for 3 years. They ignored me. Then I called twice (after waiting on hold for 15 mins each time), they ignored me again. Then I physically drove to the clinic, (as a potential coronavirus patient walked inside - seriously, she had gloves/mask on), to ask them to refill my Rx. They told me, despite having my blood work, that I have to book an appt to see the Dr. THEY WANT ME TO RISK GETTING CORONAVIRUS IN ORDER TO REFILL A RX THAT I HAVE TAKEN FOR THREE YEARS AND THAT THE DR HAS THE RELEVANT BLOODWORK HE NEEDS TO PRESCRIBE IT. Their utter incompetence has also placed me in a position where I will run out of my medication just as the virus spreads here

I visited Dr. Al-Mutairi 3 months ago. After discussing for a few minutes my symptoms with him, he scheduled me for a series of tests that eventually ran to about $2000. He was very unresponsive about giving me details about these tests, and when I followed up with questions through electronic messaging (the only way to reach him) he would not respond at all. I would strongly caution anyone from visiting Dr. Al-Mutairi, he does not care about his patients and he won't respond to your questions.
