Poor communication. Poor care
I saw Dr Chen for several year and for most of the relationship he was cordial although his communication was so so at best. Recently he insisted I come in six months prior to the scheduled date on MyChart. I decided to keep initial date and Dr Chen canceled my prescription. This arbitrary and capricious action was unsafe and unprofessional. I strongly recommend seeking another healthcare provider.

I have been seeing Dr. Chen for a year. He's def the best PCP I've ever seen. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. He's detailed oriented and tried to get your issues fixed.

Dr. Chen has been my primary care physician for several years now. I have always found him attentive to resolving any medical issues and always tries to steer me in the right direction. He will sit and listen to you regarding any medical conditions, and you never feel like you are rushed through the process. His staff is also very attentive to any changing needs that may occur. I would highly recommend this doctor to any family or friend! Thank you Dr. Chen and Alexandra Heryford nurse assistant
