Phenomenal and caring!
First, her entire staff, especially Alexis, is very kind and replies to emails quickly. Secondly, Dr K listens to me and takes the time to educate so I can better manage my disease. She truly cares and I feel she is always cheering me on to be my best. She goes above and beyond in helping me and making sure I have medicine needed to help. I'm really fortunate for her and her team. She's amazing!!!

Hard to get hold of
Knowledgeable, but unwilling to listen to some of my ideas. Every appointment I’ve had has been rescheduled at least once. Nursing staff slow to reply to Patient Portal and phone messages, even in acute situations.
