Hopefully, the stints will fix my issue. No problem with Jafri it is the clinic staff that is the problem. The phone goes to the answering service staff blames it on IT department no accountability here whatsoever. They need to realize patient care is their priority. The office administrator needs to step up and run the office

Fixed my bike leak. I may still have issues but he is very kind. He knows what he is doing. I trust his opinion and method even if it is requiring patience. Also Menorah is a good hospital. Overall experience has been positive. Yes it can be a struggle to get into the office but that’s not his fault and when I do talk to the office it was been positive. I would highly recommend.

Does not return calls, does not provide results to patients, we have been waiting for 5 weeks for our reports and prescription medicine and he is not returning any calls. Worst Experience so far .. will never recommend anyone. So irresponsible

Really enjoyed my 1st appt with Dr. Jafri. I am seeing him for issues regarding low iron likely due to very heavy menstrual cycles. He was friendly, professional, and happily addressed all of my questions and concerns. He explained in depth the process for my treatment and that he was confident it would get better. He spent ample time with me and my appt was quick and painless. I left feeling confident about his overall plan for treatment for my issues. I am now waiting to hear the results of my bloodwork, although I have already reviewed them on My Chart!

After years of doctors telling me it was just indigestion, Dr Jafri was the doctor who FINALLY diagnosed the problem. Highly, recommend him and have!

Treats patients horribly. My procedure did not fix my symptoms. The other surgeon who worked on my procedure with him told me to go back to Jafri and gave some suggestions that Jafri could try and the only thing he would do is put me on a nerve medication that I had already tried before and it did not work. I went ahead and tried it again and still no symptom relief. I called his nurse to schedule another appointment and said the medication still did not work and that I did not want to continue with that med. The nurse called me back and said the med was my only option and that he would not be doing anything else for me.

Absolutely disgusted with Dr. Jafri. Went in for two separate procedures and happily paid the bill for both. After waiting 5 WEEKS to hear the results I had to call Jafri’s office several times in order to get those results reported back to me. Eventually, Jafri finally phoned to give me the results. Shortly thereafter I received a bill for that brief phone call! Should that not be included in the procedure associated with the results? Subsequent to that, numerous calls (nine of them) to his office to discuss this extra charge, including some where they ABSOLUTELY PROMISED to get back to me - but they never would call back. Very poor concern for patients if they won’t even provide the courtesy to call back and discuss the issue. Apparently he is only in it for the money.

Had a PEG tube removed. The procedure went smooth and easy. Had a short wait.

Dr. Jafri has completed endoscopies on me and now has completed the TIF surgery.

He leaves patient's waiting for prolonged periods. He has a terrible bedside manner and doesn't explain results clearly. He is arrogant and thinks his time is more valuable than everyone else's.

Went in for a procedure, could not be more pleased with Dr Jafri!!!, excellent communication and the feeling that you know you are in great hands, thank you Dr Jafri!

I can't say enough good things about this doctor. When I was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer, he was highly recommended by top surgeons & other gastroenterologists. Due to his expertise .with ERCP & he was able to remove the CA during that endoscopic procedure & I was spared a horrendous general surgery that would have had a prolonged & an extensive recovery period after. I would recommend him to anyone! (Issues were emegencies so handled in hospital not office)

My mother went in a year ago for a mass on her pancreas for a biopsy. After her procedure she and her ride were informed a biopsy was taken. At follow up she was told they did not have biopsy results and a biopsy was not taken. She was told the mass on her pancreas was common and not to worry unless symptoms persisted.. The office charged her 250 dollars for biopsy results. The dr and his staff have covered their error by calling it a "dictation error"! Lawsuit waiting to happen.

I met Dr. Jafri about a month after I became severely jaundiced, itchy and very ill. Upon seeing me, he stated that he would put a bile duct stent in the next day. Upon doing so, he found my pancreatic cancer and broke the news to me and my husband afterward as gently as possible. We weren't surprised, but relieved to finally have answers and a path forward. I'm happy to report my treatment was successful and I'm disease-free almost two years later. Many thanks to Dr. Jafri for his skill!

This doctor treats me for crohns. In January was asked that I get a specific MRI by his nurse practitioner.My insurance wouldn't cover it as an outpatient because there is not a need to use this type of MRI for what they wanted to see.they could easily use on another image. So I go into a bad flare up. Hospitalized 3 times in 5 weeks. Still refuses to see me without MRI. By this time the flare is so bad they are looking at surgery. They still want the MRI instead of all these other images

I've been having recurring problems with Pancreastitis. Dr Jafri did a ERCP he explained the procedure to me and made me very confident in him . He has great bedside manners and is a very good doctor. I would recommend him to anyone.
