Dr. Cheryl Levin, MD

During the visit Dr. Levin seemed very thorough, but getting test results from her and her team was painful. I was told all the blood tests were in and that Dr. Levin said they were all in the normal range. In the patient portal it had a positive on one of the tests. I called back for an explanation. She has yet to call me back re: the positive results. Her Office said they don't have the results could I email the results to them. What?? It's 2023 and I have to email my test results to THEM! I finally went through my PCP who read the tests and said they were positive and put me on doxycycline. Two people from her team told me the test was normal BUT the doctor had yet to even review them. One of the team got the doctor out of an appointment with another patient to interpret the test. I did not ask him to. Dr. Levin gets on the phone and tells me in an agitated voice that she was pulled out of her appointment with her patient. This was not my idea. Save yourself the hassle and don't go.

Made an appointed - only available appointment was after a year. As my appointment date came near Doctor’s office changed our appointment without notifying me. I thought they might have incurred an emergency. Guess what as my appointment date came closer they had changed it again without communicating with me. This doctor her office is not professional.

Also a nice easy demeanor for an anxious sort like myself
