The worse OB doctor
I was pregnant with my first baby and I chose dr Chau as my OB. The first couple visits were rushed, my husband and I barely got 5’ out of her times for every visit. After that, I received some insulted comments from her during some of my visits. Then came during my labor, not only she did not try to comfort me, made me feel like I was making progress but she humiliated me in front of so many nurses, even telling me “with the way i was doing, how am I going to deliver my baby???”! Even the head nurse heard about the situation and came to apologize on her behalf afterwards. Be warned everyone, if you don’t want to be scarred for life with your labor experience, DO NOT CHOOSE DR CHAU AS YOUR OB! SHE DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE CALLED A DOCTOR!!!!!!

Rushed and Condesending
(my kid helped me this review) I don't speak English well and need a female doctor for this private part. Dr. Tran looked down at me like I am an imbecilic child. Her reaction make me feel like I am wasting your time. I make an appointment for a second opinion and an annual PAP exam. Her front desk people know it, confirmed it, and my file said that; on the visit, Dr. Tran said cant give me opinion, refused to look at my other dr. test results. The two things might be causal effects. She got mad, told me needs to have second PAP of the year by her first, get result, might do another test, see her next appointment (the office cancel my next appointment for "the other test", 2 days before date, machine down) Dr. Tran told me can't have two symptoms for one visit and then left.
