I doubt there is a more qualified seizure neurologist in S Tx or anywhere. He wears so many hats trying to help so many people that it's hard to get in with him. I believe that he sees patients at University Hospital so the "trick" in seeing him may be going to University Hospital. I waited almost a year to get a normal appt with him but once I got in I have been able to get regular appts. You could always ask his office if he is still seeing patients sent to University Hospital to be sure.

we like the doctor.. but we ended up in the emergency room during a change in medicine.. having 4 seizures a day..doc was a no call no show for 3 weeks... earliest appointment was 6 months away... er doc not willing to offer help.... earliest we could get an appointment was 3 weeks later with his PA walls...... we have been to 2 other level 4 eplipesy centers... we never waited so long for a call back... or appointment... I am looking now to Austin or Dallas if things don't get better...

Wonderful caring physician who treated us like we were part of the treatment team. He explained things very clear which we have not experienced very often in getting treatment for our daughter. When we had medication problems he reacted and listened and changed meds quickly. I trust him and believe he is worth the wait to get in to see.
