Terrible Experience!
Absolutely terrible experience! I was referred to this office by my physician. I will definitely do my own research and go somewhere else. The PA is not knowledgeable and did not show any concern regarding my questions or other issues I had. I will not be returning! The nerve to even do a cautery with no numbing solution beforehand..definitely was not ready for that experience! Never again! Absolutely ridiculous!

I feel compelled to write a review since my experience with Dr. Mann and his entire team, was nothing short of perfect! EVERYONE was kind, helpful, informative and patient the day of the surgery. The nurse went over post-surgical procedures in detail. Dr. Mann explained what was going to happen and asked if I had questions before the surgery and checked on me while in recovery. I'm sorry that others have had some negative experiences but that was far from my

He makes appointments and then keeps you waiting for an hour. I went to him for ear pain. He had me get a test done, told me is have to come back to get results. He DID NOT say he would charge again. He completely forgot about the ear pain being new to me and told me I have tmj which I already knew. Then he tried to puncture my eardrum with his instrument. He's rough, careless, can't even look at his notes and remember what he said. He's rough, careless and my ear pain was gone until I went back

Audiologist was nice! This doctor was fast paced and talking, didn't give me a chance for questions. I went in with R ear tinnitus and came out needing 4 tests, a deviated septum surgery, hearing aids and Meinere's disease!! I have Fibromyalgia, something he does not believe in......My head was spinning so fast......after venting in car the to myself and for the next few days, I called up the office and cancelled everything. When they asked WHY, I simply said like I felt I had been to a QUACK!

Had a very good experience with Dr. Charles Mann. Told me I had a slight deviated septum, but there was no need to operate. The staff was very friendly and I had a short wait time of ten minutes. I would recommend Mann Ear Nose Throat very highly for their professional, friendly service.

Dr. Mann does not tend to listen to the patient or study his medical background. When he first walked into the exam room, he was ready to prescribe Prilosec regardless of what my condition, background or examination
