Dr. Kelly was key in saving my husbands life with his quick and accurate diagnosis. Was essential in directing us to the most able and qualified people to resolve the issues.

Dr Kelly acted arrogant said that the test he had ordered were not conclusive also when I offered info from the consultation he said somebody was wrong and that it was not himself I have decided to seek another Dr. as all he does is order test and no info is shared he sets at his computer and says things like oh , uh huh , thats not good - in front of me

Always listens to what goes on with you. Always has a nurse present when examining you. Very personable.

Dr Kelly performed a routine colonoscopy on my daughter. During the procedure her colon was perforated and she was rushed by ambulance to a nearby hospital. A surgeon operated on her and saved her life. However she now has an ileostomy. After 2 1/2 months she is still suffering with fatigue, nausea, tremendous weight loss and dehydration. She is now being told her kidneys are compromised and functioning at 40%. She has to see a kidney specialist. She is hoping her ileostomy can be reversed. Aside from the physical trauma the medical bills are out of sight. We would never recommend this doctor.

I was set to Dr Kelly for a colonoscopy on 7/1/2021 and emergency surgery on 7/2/2021 to have part of my colon removed due to his neglegence. He also caused damage to my rectum during this procedure. I would not recommend his services to anyone. This town is full of Quacks and he is one of them. STAY AWAY!

Our family just moved to the area and we called to get an appointment to set up my wife's infusion treatment. The office manager ensured us that he would not even consider prescribing the medication she has been on for a decade. What a joke. She claimed that the Doctor's reputation was on the line if he were to get a pre-authorization started without seeing her. How about you ask to see her medical records... that's the place to start. Maybe this Doc is a good guy, but his office manager is not a good person. She is ruining his reputation by treating prospective patients.

Hi I seen Dr. Kelly today 9/2/2020 all was great as well very comfortable speaking with him and very smart man good schooling as well bedside manners .Thank you Dr.Kelly all test ordered and done what he asked for as well pharm. was called in staff was kind ..Thank you Staff Sincerely Laurie Liberty

I started seeing Dr. Kelly shortly after he first opened his office in Kingman and he was really caring and seemed to know what he was doing. Then he decided to open up multiple clinics and that's when things really went downhill. Dr Kelly started running the same tests over and over again. Then he would forget what tests hes ran and have to keep running around half cocked trying to figure out your results. He had me doing so many xrays, catscans and mris that I was told by the technicians that can't be doing anymore because if had 13 xrays 6 catscans and 4 mris within 9 months. Don't get me started on the colonoscopies that Dr Charles Kelly does in office(because he was kicked out of the local hospital) and his wife Michelle does the sedation even though she's unlicensed to do so. DONT GO TO THIS MAN YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I saw him once, will never go back. He started to order all kinds of test, same test I had had done with in the last 6 months before seeing him, when I told him I would get my test results he said no he wanted to see for himself. So lets double up on the insurance. He also preforms colonoscopies in his office and other test I'm sure where you need anesthesia. When I knew the test was going to be done in office I called and asked who was the anesthesiologist was I was told it was a girl in the office, (no license, second time I was told the Dr administered it, he can't possibly be paying close attention to both. I am turning him in to the Medical Board and the Attorney General for unnecessary testing etc.

Best physician, very detailed, takes all the time of needs, never rushes oh.

Doctor closed his clinic at n=my town, I decided to travel long distance to see him, he took care of my dad as well. very caring physician, I trust him.

Always very in depth, clear & all questions explained & answered. I drive Over 1 hour, to get the best Dr. available.

i have been going to him for 9 months. I'm done. X-rays EVERY month, every test you can imagine. Meds don't work so he keeps adding more. Has come up with NOTHING to ease the pain or even figure out what's wrong with me. Has me doing cleanses over & over, which do NOT help. X-rays ALWAYS say the same thing. Half the time he doesn't make any sense. Tells me one thing at one appt. & then comes up with something else the next time & denies what he told me previously. NOT going back. I agree with all the previous complaints about him & his staff.

Dr. Charles Kelly uses the tactic of small talk to distract from the fact that he is not really listening and has not done his homework before the follow-up appointment. He had not even looked at my biopsy and lab results before he was making a diagnosis and prescribing more medicine that was for a problem I didn't even have. When I asked him, about the lab and biopsy results, he seemed irritated and then said "UMMM. Well, Lemme check." The hand held device he was going to use to check my results needed re-charging. Very unprofessional. Not to mention, it felt very wrong to have his fingers in my vagina as he looked at the skin tags on my butt. He gave me the creeps, and I would have told the office manager but they are married.

Not even a star,The Office is dirt,with feces on floor and blood. Also,unknown stains on walls and cheap weak massage table in room,which would of not held my weight! Nurse came in room to get some kind of equipment and looked unprofessional,on cheap table,not clean looking! Did not meet Doctor,but how is he if he has old poop on floor and dirty walls????

The office staff especially the manager/rn Michelle is very rude, disrespectful to the patients. She argues with al9t of the patients then will sit there and talk bad about them. All she is doing is ruining Dr Kelly's practice.

The problem really isn’t the doctor so much it is his WIFE and office manager MICHELLE! she will fire you as a patient for no reason. The doctor liked me and was more than willing to help me with my rare stomach disorder. Now I have to see a specialist all the way in phoenix because his wife has a bad attitude and is completely unsympathetic to patients. He should get rid of her because she isn’t ruining his business!

I recommend Dr Kelly he is a really good doctor. When something is not right he is on the ball orders the tests and blood work and takes care of the problem. I have been going to Dr Kelly for a few years and would never change Doctors. All of his staff are so friendly and awesome. Thank you Dr Kelly and everyone in the office.
