Dr. Charles Greenfield, MD

I had congestive heart failure during my sleep study. I kept telling the technician that something was wrong and described my symptoms. All they would tell me is to go back to bed and try to sleep on my back. If I laid on my back I couldn’t breathe. They kept telling me that if I left before the prescribed time for the study then my insurance wouldn’t have paid for it so I should go back to bed. They had my body covered with monitors that looked at my heart and my breathing and they didn’t notice that something was wrong. They should have put me in an ambulance rather than telling me to go back to bed. When I finally left I drove home and asked my wife to take me to the ER. Once we got there it only took a few minutes for them to put me in ICU. Later when I had a follow up visit with Dr. Greenfield he offered no explanation or apology. All he told me is that I didn’t seem to need a CPAP. This was a terrible experience. I could have died thanks to the incompetence.

He is very great! Very detailed and his staff is great!

Dr. Greenfield was very helpful and wanted to get answeres and get started on my treatment right away and made it happen. He listened to my concerns and fears and what was chief complaint and always with an open ear. Very happy with office staff as well , first visit felt very welcome. Thank you !!!!

Dr. Greenfield made my whole experience feel safe and judgement free. He is a rare breed of caring doctor whose agenda does not seem to be the priority whilst speaking with you (as a patient). Thank you so much!
