Dr. Chacko Alappatt, MD

The first thing the Dr did was introduced himself and thanked me for showing up and allowing him to care for me. Later in the visit after discussing mediation, he said, and don't forget to tell yourself that you will be okay and that this will pass. With so many Dr's now a days not really treating the person. I really appreciated the visit and look forward to working with him.

The staff goes above and beyond to help you with questions, appointments, billing and always with a smile. The doctors have been very helpful and take the time to listen.

Kind, friendly staff, on time even though I was a little late because I went to wrong address. Dr Alappatt has gentle manner, explained things well, provided understandable care plan.

Very knowledgeable

They listened and looked at me. They knew right away that I had an inflammatory arthritis situation. I was oblivious. I’m so thankful that they caught this on my first visit! I look forward to seeing them in the future and getting the treatment I need.

I do not always feel doctors listen and take time with patients to understand needs and concerns. That was not the case with Dr. Alappatt.

Beautiful office, very clean and staff was very friendly. Check in was very quick, I didn’t even wait 2 minutes in the waiting room and I was 10 min early. Dr. Alappatt came right into the exam room, once the MA went over meds etc. He was very knowledgeable and knew almost immediately what was going on with me, after 8 years with no provider being able to get to the root of my symptoms. Thankfully he reviewed those years of photos, medical records and my current labs, along with my familial history and I was blown away with his proficiency. He didn’t rush me, took his time explaining, he listened to my questions, went over medication options, side effects etc., and made sure to have the MA provide me with even more patient education, and paperwork to take home explaining everything for my diagnosis and new medication. 10 out of 10, wonderful facility.

He was attentive. This was a follow up just checking in to make sure medicine is still working.

Dr Alappatt listens carefully and analyzes with knowledge and wisdom. He takes into account the entire person - body and mind. Highly recommend!

Dr. Alappatt is a great doctor and his mid-levels are wonderful. The staff has changed and they are very nice and helpful now.

Very well operated procedure by very polite and skilled nurses

The nurses that work in the infusion department are so kind and friendly. They always are great at getting the IV hooked up pain-free and make sure you are comfortable.

Active listening and on time

Every one in office were professional, friendly and helpful. Did not have a wait, got in the exam room and was seen immediately by nurse assistant and then the physician assistant soon followed by the doctor. Everyone explained everything and answered all questions.

Staff are friendly and caring. Health has improved since coming here.

Absolutely wonderful!! Staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. Alapatt is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. He answered every question and is leading me on the path of living a full life again!!

I tried this doctor twice, but switched away because he made me feel uncomfortable. He incorrectly diagnosed me with psoriatic arthritis, and prescribed me medicine in a really dangerous way (had me break pills that were not supposed to be broken!)

Kindness and respect go a long way. I get both when I visit. I am confident in the care I get.
