Dr. Cerissa Key, DO

Dr. Key took the time to hear all of my concerns with both of my kids. We did not feel rushed and she kept us informed at every stage of care. We moved and still made the trip to come back to see her in Moore.

We enjoyed working with Dr. Key but she and staff ordered tests for our kids that we did not want or ask for. The tests added up to hundreds of dollars out of pocket just to tell us our kids were healthy and there was nothing wrong with them. When my wife called to complain, the office manager lied to cover up for it. She (office manager) also stated that they have the authority to run any tests they want without our permission. This is by far the craziest experience I have ever had with a pediatrician's office. We really liked the doctor but cannot risk taking our kids there anymore if we can't trust them with our children's care. We tried to resolve this with the billing department and even they agreed that is was wrong for them to order the tests.

Dr. Key is great! She always takes the time to listen to me and explains everything well. She's wonderful with my kids, very playful yet professional. She's also very thorough and doesn't make me feel rushed during the encounter.
