Never Answer Look elsewhere for service
I have been waiting on a prior authorization since the beginning of summer. The office has been sold and the new company is either sabotaging Dr. Assi or just doesn’t care about the patients. The phones system is now designed to not answer calls, there is no longer an after hours answering service. You can never get through to make an appointment. My one year old is unable to get his proper shots because I’ve been trying for months to get through. I was finally able to stop by and leave a message for the doctor to contact me and it’s been a month now and no return call. I will be changing offices ASAP!
