Beware
I had a pea size cancerous growth removed by Dr. Harrell last July 2021. The skin removed was .5x1.5 inches. Her assistant bound my hand and told me to keep it bound for a week till next appointment. I asked the doctor, who was busy with her tablet, if she was sure I wasn't to cleanse it after 24 hours. She didn't response so her assistant repeated the same instructions, not to open the binding. I went out of town, by day 3 my hand was in agony with a putrid odor. I unwrapped my hand to find swollen infected puss. I called her about this and said I needed to see her. She said it wasn't necessary and she'd see me the following week. I came back early, called to tell her I was in agony. She told me to cut the stitches to release the pressure. After I got off the phone she called back and told me to meet her in the office. After blinding pain from anesthesia that didn't work and her scraping out the puss I'm left with an ugly keloy and a numb hand. This is a warning, find another doctor.

Dr Harrell I’m sure is a good doctor and her staff even worked with me on changing my appointment very easily. However I will not go back because I did not feel comfortable having another person in the room watching the entire examination. I do understand why she might have done that, (had somebody else in the room)but that’s exactly why I went to a woman because I wanted to feel more at ease. I did not ask all of the questions I would have otherwise asked.
