Disrespectful
He was disrespectful of my time. Canceled the appointment 3 hours before because I had seen another doctor in their practice for an unrelated injury.

My visit with Dr. Jenkins has been exceptional. I almost lost my hand with a chainsaw, In less than 9 days Dr. Jenkins had me in surgery. He saved my hand and sincerely thank this dedicated professional Dr. All concerns before and after surgery were explained in full detail and were exactly what this surgeon predicted. I would recommend Dr Jenkins to whomever needs a true professional in his expertise. Also Jennifer Pennington. Occupational therapist working with Dr Jenkins is an absolute jem and couldn't trust a team as these two working together to make life normal again. Much love and many thank you to this team.

Trigger finger issue. Dr. Jenkins was very friendly and was able to treat my finger without having to do surgery. I would highly recommend him. My joke to him was he looks like Clark Kent. LOL

Trigger finger release—too much Lidocaine with Epinephrine given which caused a capillary constriction. Instead of treated the reaction, it was made worse in the ER by two Ortho PAs that put on a compression bandage. My thumb became necrotic and I lost one-third of my thumb, leaving me without fine motor control!

Dr Jenkins left my hand deformed due to not paying close enough attention during surgery. Dr Jenkins didn't believe me when I said I could feel the scalpel during surgery. He then reluctantly gave me more numbing medicine. The surgery was supposed to be 20 minutes - lasted a little over an hour. One thing you do not want to hear from your surgeon is "uh oh". I now have a very scarred thumb base and my finger still is not working properly. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
