Dr. Nguyen changed my life in a matter of months. She created an understanding and shame-free environment in our sessions and was very professional, warm, quick to understand my struggles that were a mystery to even me, and kind in her encouragement to address them. She also has the perfect balance of listening deeply and sharing exactly what I need to hear or giving me a fresh perspective. She was also very accommodating with my busy schedule and financial limitations and delivered excellent care with those factors in mind. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone seeking better mental health care.

I have been seeing Dr. Carolyn for 5 and a half years. She is professional, helpful, caring, and very good at her job. Multiple times during treatment she was able to make emergency appointments if needed and was flexible when creating appointments. She is very informed and very great with psychiatry and therapy. She understands medications and is very conservative with the doses and amounts she gives her patients. She accommodates for what the patient needs and I had an amazing experience with her.
