Dr. Outen has taken care of my eyes for many years, and his staff is so accommodating. I had a problem with my eye on a day when his office was closed. Having called the doctor's exchange, I expected an on call to contact me. Dr. Outen returned my call immediately and felt it best not to wait until the next day to check it, even though I thought I could bare the discomfort. He returned to his office to meet me, even though it was late afternoon. That is really caring and concern!!! He's tops!!!

Love the doc but it is VERY hard to reach them by phone a machine picks up 99% of the time
