Dr. Brynae Miley, MD

Dr Miley is never on time - have always had to wait at least 30 minutes beyond my appointment time, to see her for 5 minutes. Now I have waited 2 months for weekly allergy serum to be processed. When I call about it they say 'we will call you' impatiently.

Saw Dr. Miley on 6/21/2023 due to hyperparathyroidism diagnosis. She was referred by an endocrinologist, Dr. Dake. All tests for surgery had already been completed and Dr. Miley had them all except for a bone density test. During my exam, I went to Dr. Dake's office, which was in the same building, got them, and took them to Dr. Miley. Her last words were we will contact you and schedule your surgery for parathyroidectomy. Did not hear a word from anyone re surgery. On 12/4/23, almost 6 months, I called the office and asked why I hadn't heard anything re surgery. I was transferred to surgery scheduler, had to leave a voice mail. No return call. On 12/6/23, I called the office again, I was told that it had been longer than 30 days since I saw the doctor, I would have to make an appointment to see her before surgery could be scheduled. NO WAY could I recommend this office to anyone. Could have been office personnel issue, but the buck stops with the doctor.

Yeah so definitely don’t send your child to see Dr. Miley. She does not have the demeanor nor the appropriate office to serve children. Waste of time and money and added stress for my kid.

She was very efficient and informed at the 1st office visit. Medication was prescribed to clear symptoms & try to recover hearing loss. Follow-up was scheduled to do further testing & check is symptoms improved. She was very informative as we discussed further recommendations. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism that was displayed with all staff members.

I saw Dr. Miley for an issue with my throat. She explained the procedures step by step in a way that I could understand everything! She is very caring, and she really made sure I understood what was happening. She made me feel comfortable and understood. I highly recommended her to anyone!

She has been my doctor for several years and I find her very Capable.

I highly recommend Dr. Miley. She treated both my daughters and is great with kids.

Grover had a visit with Dr.Miley today. He was really pleased with her exam and explanation of what was going on with his ear. I took my 10 month old daughter to Childrens urgent care because I knew she had a ear infection, they said she was fine. After being sent home, her ears started draining. I called to make an appointment and they set us up with the on call Doctor, Dr. Miles. Her Bedside manor was nothing short of perfect! She was not in rush, and worked well with my little one. She took her hand and held it so that she knew not be afraid and felt comfortable. Her wonderful care didn't stop there. When I filled her prescriptions, the eardrops were 300 dollars after insurance. I called to ask if there was an alternative. Dr. Miles talked with the pharmacist and got the cost down to $86, she then called another pharmacy were I was able to get my daughters drops for just $30. She could have stopped at $86 and I would have been happy but instead she took the extra step to find it even cheaper. Lastly, her nurse communicated with me and communicated well! We will be seeing Dr. Miles from now on!
