Dr. Bryant Ho, MD

This review is for their billing system. They double charged me for the x-rays and wouldn't fix it when I complained. They sent me to different departments and no one wanted to answer why they double billed it to my insurance company. . Never going back there.

Dr. Ho is a personable, caring doctor who is well-educated and an EXPERT in his field. He ordered an ultrasound of my foot, and diagnosed an issue two previous podiatrists incorrectly identified. He takes a conservative approach, not forcing medicine, cortisone injections, or surgery if not needed. I'm delighted to be one of his patients!

I've been coming to Dr. Ho for the past 3 years and travel almost an hour to get here, and will continue to do so. That is how much I value his expertise and skill. He is wonderful and has treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism- as well as all of his staff.

Dr. Ho is AMAZING. After seeing FIVE doctors including three podiatrists, I went to see Dr. Ho. I was suffering from plantar fasciitis for 11 months and after many cortisone shots and stem cell injections my pain did not get better. I even tried physical therapy for several months. Dr. Ho cut to the chase (no pun intended). :) While recuperation took few months, I was back on my feet exercising, running errands, getting out of bed without pain. Dr. Ho changed my life. I lost over 30 pounds in six months. If you are lucky enough to meet Dr. Ho, consider it a blessing. HE IS THE BEST.

Achilles 10 months post op visit-follow up to check on strength, overall activity and Achilles tendon. Dr. Ho and his team have been amazing throughout this entire process. They made sure the surgery went well, follow ups were consistent and they were there for anything I needed post surgery. I felt encouraged post surgery with physical therapy to get back into normal activity and Dr. Ho made me feel more than comfortable pushing my Achilles strength. Him and his team have truly made this process as smooth as possible post op and throughout the recovery months. He has encouraged me to push my Achilles strength and flexibility and I feel more confident now pursuing my normal activity 10 months post surgery.

Saw Dr. Ho last May for surgery on my big toe to remove bone spurs from arthritis that were causing me pain. He recommended the surgery and said that over 80% of his patients had relief from pain after this surgery. Since the surgery my foot pain is worse! When I followed up with him, he did not have a good answer as to why my pain was not improved other than telling me to wait longer and see what happens. About two months ago I saw an article from a podiatrist discussing stem cell injections for joint pain and injury. I spoke to Dr. Ho's assistant to ask if he did these injections. I was told he did so. Why did he not suggest them for me? Long story short, I saw the podiatrist who gave me the stem cell injection which he said may take a few months to work. In the meantime he fitted me for special orthotics. Within a few days my foot pain was dramatically reduced and continues to improve. I feel as if Dr. Ho let me down and did not offer any more help to me.

I went to Dr Ho for a consultation on my ankle. He was exceptionally understanding and concerned. He spent a great deal of time explaining my options and answering my questions.

Dr. Ho and his staff at Hinsdale Orthopedic are very professional. Dr. Ho repaired a pilon fracture of my tibia. From surgery all the way to my released the entire staff were skilled, informative, helpful and most of all pleasant to be around. Every visit was on time and expedient. Reception, nurses, Xray techs and especially Dr. Ho were professional and supportive. Great care and time were taken to make sure I understood the diagnosis and the pathway to healing.

Dr. Ho is the third doctor in the practice to work with me! He was great to work with, as he was very personable and professional. Again I am blown away with the outcome of my surgery and recovery thus far! This is the only orthopedic practice I would let operate on me! Amazing staff, and amazing surgeons! Quickly first appointment

Dr. Ho listened to my concerns and very constructive in his recommendations for treatment. I had fractured a bone in my right foot a little over a year ago and had strained my right ankle a few moths ago. He did a quick analysis of the injury relived my concern about another fracture. He prescribed Physical Therapy and some orthodics. I'm good to go! He is very helpful, even with a small problem like mine. I highly recommend him!
