I tried to argue the charge while in the office and they keep saying that was my balance. I knew they were wrong and I should have called my insurance from the office. I confirmed my suspicion when I left and now I have to wait for a refund which could take months.Be very careful with this office....

My wife and I both had carpal tunnel surgery over the past several yeears, on both hands, and the entire process was smooth and effective. Couldn't be better! 5 stars times 4 procedures=20 stars!

Had carpal tunnel surgery in my right hand and didn’t get any better now I have pain from the surgery and the same old same sensitivity sensation and pains.

Had a 3pm appt for a quick injection (per Dr. Zeigler, I should be in/out once I told the girls why I made my appt). I was put in a small room and told to wait until a room was cleaned. I could hear at least 3 others being brought to rooms. I asked if I was forgotten and was told NO. After 45 minutes and nothing BUT at least 3-4 people in/out, I got my co-pay back and left. A poor way to run a doctor's office.

his staffer when making the appointment that I had recent ones from Cape Canaveral Hospital (2 weeks old). She insisted on taking more x-rays. I was led back to the rail car, and bang zoom not more than 30 minutes after that young Dr. Ziegler entered. Except he was a wizened gent on the North side of 60. He told me there was nothing he could do and he wouldn’t be prescribing Synvisc knee gel injections, because I wasn’t “In any pain.” I had been clear from jump street that I was looking for an orthopedic office that does administer Synvisc. I may not have pain from sitting around for over 2 hours I explained, but after walking throughout the course of a day I am barely able to bend my knees. He was combative and basically said I was doomed and there was no hope for me unless I get both knees replaced. After this back and forth for 10 minutes where he continued to make me feel like the glue factory was my only choice, he finally relented to put me out of my misery and said he wou

My hand surgery went very well, considering the Covid-19 issues. Dr Ziegler was very professional and caring. The outcome of the surgery was great.

The Office Manager is extremely unprofessional and could care less about you as a patient. I needed a prior authorization for an appt that I tried to schedule several weeks ago. I was told by office staff they would get the authorization and contact me back to schedule the appt and they never did. When I explained to the office manager that the staff didn't follow through, not only did she not apologize, she said it's "not their problem." They didn't even care enough to give me a courtesy call back. He is a good doctor but his staff, in particular the office manager Lindsay, provide terrible patient/customer service. I will not be going back.

When I was 15, I broke the left "pinky" finger. Because the first surgery produced poor results, a second was performed. Even after this surgery, my finger was much more deformed than it initially was. The middle knuckle on the finger is now bent at a permanent ninety-degree angle, not allowing me to straighten my finger or grip completely. I completed the recommended rehabilitation program but over 10 years later the finger is still deformed and causes pain when massaged.

I have a hand injury and this guy has jerked me around ,I have a Commercial Driver License, Doctor Knowing that I have Nerve damage feels its ok to Drive with one hand and the hack gave me a shot which wont work, postponing the surgery I have since made appointments with other Doctors, pissed off you bet, it took a argument just to get a test done., You will be sorry using this guy, all I can say is if he acts like this I'm glad I'm going to someone else for surgery .

While I had to wait almost 45 minuets past my appointment time Dr. ziegler was thorough and very carefully explain his findings. I was totally pleased and reassured that his diagnosis was 100% true.

Dr. Ziegler met with me soon after my injury and gave me assistance in locating additional treatment. I was very satisfied with his services.

Originally went in as an emergency which wax taken care of then two follow-up visits until released.

Dr. Ziegler's office would not even make an appointment with me unless I gave them my social security number over the phone! I said I was not comfortable giving my social security number over the phone, but would give it when I came in to the office. The office staff person refused this reasonable suggestion and adamantly insisted no social security number, no appointment. This is unethical and possibly illegal! I never got an appointment.

Terrible ! Swollen elbow off and on for over a year. I asked not to be x-rayed as I thought I had soft tissue problem which x-ray wouldn't pick up and with my insurance I had to pay for all out of pocket. Doctor says no magic wand for this, no shot, wear a sleeve and keep taking the Naproxen your GP gave you, maybe talk to someone in the gym that's knowledgeable? Really that it ? He's mad I questioned the x-ray ! Yrs ago I had shoulder swelling diff Doc gave me shot never another issue

Dr. Ziegler and staff are terrific. He takes the time to explain condition and doesn't rush to recommend surgery.

Dr. Ziegler came highly recommended, and after a visit with him, I was certain that my choice was absolutely correct. Not only did he listen to my concerns and answer my questions, he chose to dig deeper into issues instead of making assumptions. He has a great bedside manner, which is hard to find these days. The office staff is friendly and the nurses are well informed.
