Dr. Brian McKeon, MD

I Went to dr mckeon for meniscus repair surgery. 9 months and 2 surgery's later my knee is actually worse than before I got surgery. I wish I never had surgery I was better off with the injury. The list of incompetence from his entire office was insane way to much to list on here.

Excellent experience with Dr McKeon and his PA Jason Rand. Very personable and excellent at their craft. They care about each and every patient.

Jason Rand and Dr. McKeon are an amazing team. I had a partial knee replacement and they educated me about the process along my journey in preparation. They’re both so passionate about the process you can see how much they love helping there patients. I couldn’t be happier about the whole process, I feel blessed that I had this team. They’re the best !!!

Dealing with my many bone, joint, connective tissue disorders, Dr. Mckeon has been an absolute Godsend. Me being full of anxiety, and a general pain in the you know what, he’s always kind, listens to all my concerns, carefully explains what has to be done, and does it with extreme precision .

He took the time to explain everything clearlyI was happy that he showed me a small video clip of what was expected to happen. He answered all my questions and he showed genuine compassion. The surgery was a success, and I'm recovering well. My scar from the surgery is healing wonderful. I work in healthcare and I know what is expected and I highly recommend Dr. McKeon!

The professionalism of all of the staff and helping guide me through my medical needs

Took time off work to drive to the outer suburbs THREE times for follow-up appointments after rotator cuff surgery, only to wait upwards of two hours in his waiting room never to be seen. I am still struggling with mobility issues in my right shoulder.

Great Doctor. Motivates you to get healthy. Explains the problem to you clearly. Super energetic doc who loves what he does!

Dr. McKeon was very thorough explaining my issue and an extremely skilled surgeon. His PA, Jason, was knowledgable, as well. They make a good team. The staff couldn't have been nicer, nurses were attentive, facility immaculate. I feel that I had the best of the best treating me.

I did not wait at all to see Dr. McKeon. Dr. McKeon is very personable, caring and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time finding out about my knee and what I do in my daily life . He did not just look at my knee but how my entire hips legs and knees are working together. He knew exactly where my problems are by the X-ray and MRI. I left my visit knowing he can get me back to walking painlessly.

I went to them with a workers comp issue of torn meniscus and ACL. The were very diligent working with the insurance company to get the procedure covered. I had very little to do with that, they made it happen. The day of the surgery the Dr. was running a little late, (not surprised he is very thorough) but the staff kept me informed and comfortable. When the procedure was complete he showed video snips of what was done and explain the how and why. I was then given excellent instruction for when I get home and what to expect. The next day I received both a follow up from Jason Rand PC and the staff at BOSS. I live on Cape Cod and this was no easy commute, but so worth the extra rime for the excellent care I received. I would highly recommend Dr. Rand and Jason for their outstanding dedication, knowledge and work helping me with a difficult injury. I am sure I will be back to my full activities before long. This guys and this practice are great!

Just awful

I had both rotator cuffs repaired by Dr. McKeon in two separate surgeries. I was supposed to have a follow up to each surgery, but on no less than three separate occasions, I took half a day off work to sit in his waiting room out in the suburbs for over an hour never to be seen. My left rotator cuff now needs to be redone again because it was never repaired properly to begin with. Obviously, I won't be going back to Dr. McKeon.

Dr. Brian McKeon & Jason Rand are an incredible dynamic duo. What a team! Dr. McKeon brought hope and encouragement for a difficult injury. The entire team at the office and BOSS out patient surgery are geared toward a seamless recovery! So grateful to have found them.

Dr. McKeon treats the whole person. Spectacular patient care from booking appointments, scheduling procedures, the very best medical/surgical skill, and post surgery follow-up including PT. Dr. McKeon is not just approachable; he's a friend who spends as much time with the patient as you--and he--feel is warranted!

I had shoulder surgery with Dr Mckeon and he did a great job. He also helped me solve a knee problem without surgery. I wouldn't go anywhere else for orthopedic care. I highly recomend him. Jack, Topsfield, MA
