Greeted promptly when checking in for appointment . I was able to X-rays with only a short wait and then saw the doctor shortly after. Dr. Koch discussed my shoulder problem and where the problem stemmed from and suggested a treatment and exercises to strengthen both shoulders.. Dr.Koch is the best. I highly recommend him.

After xray he came & explained my condition in an easily understandable way, gave options of treatment, treated first step treatment that day & we set a plan to go forward toward a resolution to be healthy again. Very easy to discuss questions I had & look forward to being his patient.

Dr. Koch is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced my right shoulder a few years ago, so when I started having severe pain in the left shoulder, I naturally went to see him. I highly recommend him, especially for joint replacements.

This was a second opinion. First Orthopedic could not find what was causing my lack of motion and severe pain. Dr. Koch looked at the MRI, examined me and ask questions. He then gave me a diagnosis that I was already expecting. Nice guy, very personable, very easy to talk to. Thank you!

The wait time was short. X-ray were done immediately. Within minutes Dr. Koch had reviewed them and we went over what he was going to do to correct my issue and he let me know how mt pain would be afterwards. After that, Sara the scheduler had set me up with my appointment and I had all the paperwork I needed. I was out and on my way. One of the best experiences I've ever had.

Dr Koch was friendly and open to listen to my concerns. I had two prior knee surgeries from other providers and continue to have issues.

Dr Koch did my right hip replacement surgery back in 2021. If I ever had to have another orthopedic surgery, he would be the one that I would go to. Not only is he the most nicest man I have ever met but he is also a very caring individual. He listens to you about your problem and thoroughly explains what your options are.

This office is a well-oiled machine. Staff is friendly and professional. I had minimal wait time at every step. Dr. Koch was friendly and got the ball rolling quickly for me.

Dr Koch always treats me as a partner in any treatment decisions. He lays out the different treatment paths and any predictable outcomes and then leaves it up to me to choose. He gives me all the information I need to make an educated decision. I am confident in my treatment. I was also please to find out that he believes in herbal alternatives to painkillers and things of that nature. He is willing to prescribe when necessary but he would much rather see patients go the homeopathic way which I think is very cool in today's society.
