Dr. Frank is likable and knowledgable but also a gatekeeper when it comes to seeing specialists he tends to pushback and also he seems to be rushed and often will finish a visit without even addressing the reason for the visit. I’m not sure if he is overbooked or what but the quality of care seems to be getting worse with him. My advice to the Doctor if he ever sees this is: - Take notes when talking to patient - Make sure patients concerns are addressed before wrapping up and handing off to assistant - If you are unsure then refer to a specialist - If the issue is chronic and you haven’t proposed treatment either do so or refer to someone who will

Aloof, passive-aggressive individual who appears more interested in standards of care than patients, to whom he pays little attention. Miscast as a doctor. He should be an administrator. It's not too late.

I was a patient for over 2 yrs. By the time I met him for my 1st appt., I had been struck by a vehicle on my bike. He prescribed meds for all symptoms related to a concussion (traumatic head pain, nausea, vertigo...). But I later learned he failed to diagnose a concussion. I later asked him why & he basically said that it was out of his expertise to know if you can get a concussion without hitting your head. Basic knowledge: "Any sudden impact causes the brain to accelerate against the skull, a movement called a coup.. " He deferred to my naturopath for chronic complaints. One naturopathic treatment led to iatrogenic nerve damage. He asked me "how long have you been looking for something to be wrong with you?" when I reported those symptoms. I insisted he chart the nerve damage due to B6 toxicity he had reluctantly tested for. He failed to get me referral to neurologist. I later fired, got biopsy for small tissue neuropathy. I now am learning CFS & Epstein Barr were there all along.
