Dr. Brent Weintrub, DPM

There is a little boy named Brent Weintrub who decided to pretend he was a podiatrist. I first had the misfortune of meeting him in 2022 at Preferred Foot & Ankle, which is run by Mikkel Jarman. I came in for left foot pain, and BW guessed what kind of surgery I would need. He make this decision based upon an x-ray alone, rather than a CT scan or MRI. Unfortunately, due to his complete carelessness, he was wrong and performed the wrong procedure, which left me with issues including permanent numbness. It became very apparent that I was not healing properly. When I repeatedly, through subsequent appointments, said this to him, he was dismissive and told me that everything would be fine and that my numbness would completely go away... a lie. At my last appointment, I was informed that he up and quit without telling his patients. Jarman was on the hook to cover for this coward and admitted that this coward messed up big time with me. This person should have his medical license taken away!

Dr Weintrub and his assistant Joel were both excellent in terms of “bedside manner” from beginning to end. I didn’t feel rushed. I actually felt “heard”. Very thorough exam. Doctor spent time explaining his thoughts and treatment options. I feel good about my choice of provider.

Dr Brent Weintrub performed a lapiplasty on me and ruined my foot. I've been struggling for years after his procedure.
