Disappointed
I am TRULY sorry to have to write this, but I'm seriously disappointed in the degradation of service and accountability at the practice. We noticed that ever since the practice went to the concierge model of business, the attitude of the staff and Dr. is one of annoyance, stonewalling, and ignoring of patient concerns or communications unless you have purchased their concierge service. They take no responsibility for their part in the reduction of service with childish excuses (it's not my fault, you behaved badly too, etc). There will always be miscommunications and misunderstandings in all adult relationships, but when when a patent expresses frustration or concern that they are not getting needs met by the practice, the current response from staff is NOT to resolve issues, but rather to ignore patient communication and leave the patient in pain in order to to defend their position. A simple conversation would have been the appropriate response - what we got was ignored.Move on.

Steer clear
Although Dr Reedy is not a bad guy, his new business model of concierge service leaves those of us non-enrolled in such service longing for the old days were doctors actually called you back and followed through. My wife and I waited a month for a prescription and I referral to a rheumatologist. we have since moved onto another doctor and to date that had not yet been done. Additionally, I will say it is a bit infuriating when I’m asked if I’m in the concierge service. Lastly, there was a lot of outsourcing for testing and not a lot of assessment. When the nurse practitioner Bridgette was on board things ran much more smoothly. The wait times were not an hour as they are now and shared workload seem to be disbursed evenly and the overall care was better.if you don’t mind paying for the concierge service, the attention, the attention to detail, and the overall service might be better. I cannot judge since I did not pay for it. I chose to go elsewhere. Advice would be to steer clear of t

Excellent care!
My wife and I (76 and 75 years old) have been with FRFM for approximately 11 years. During that time we have NEVER experienced anything but care, compassion, and professionalism from the staff. We have seen both Dr. Reedy and Marcia Ellis, and appreciate their approaches to primary care medicine. They have never been reticent to refer to outside resources and are diligent in following up on the results. We highly recommend FRFM as your primary care provider.

I saw his PA, Kim Engler. I was being seen for a suspected urinary tract infection. While I was there, I asked her if I could have a refill on my medication. She said no because that was their policy. I asked for a copy of the policy, which she refused to provide. She got upset and asked me if I wanted to speak with Dr. Reedy... I said sure. I got tired of waiting. I let the receptionist know I no longer needed to speak with the Dr. and to please pass the message. I get home from the visit and find a message in my portal that says I am no longer welcome at this office. I hope you guys have a better experience.

I have been with this office for approximately 11 years. I don't usually see Dr. Reedy but when I do, he is always thoughtful and patient, listening to my concerns. When I had a huge issue with my insurance when out on short term disability, he patiently and repeatedly filled out numerous amounts of paperwork which was an obscene amount, to get me my appeal that I was completely entitled to. I have never had better care than from this office.

We were with this practice for almost 10 yrs. Never really liked it there, but dealt with their issues because we didn't feel like dealing with the hassle of changing doctors. Their front office staff has always been horrible and the unprofessionalism from them reached a peak last week. Other than Dr. Reedy, the medical staff is average at best. Most of them seem sleepy and act like they don't want to be there. If you don't like dealing with incompetent, rude and unprofessional front office staff, don't go there!

Please don’t bother. Very hurried, you are just a number. Asked about a specific problem and he ignored it
