Dr. Bradford Jones, MD

Dr. Bradford Jones is truly in a class of his own. I was in excruciating pain, and he was able to see me much sooner than any other doctor. His bedside manner is exceptional—calm, kind, and reassuring. He even took the time to recommend something that helped relieve the abdominal pain I was experiencing. Thanks to his thoughtful care, what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience was instead smooth and anxiety-free. I’m incredibly grateful to have him as part of my care team!

Would not recommend this doctor. I brought my dad to see Dr. Jones about a recent cirrhosis diagnosis. Horrible bedside manner and showed absolutely no concern or willingness to help answer any questions.

Unprofessional spent no time w me explaining conditions office is impossible to get through dismissed my condition as ibs went to another group in scottsdale and was diagnosed with cancer AVOID if you care about your life

I can't say enough about the care administered by Dr. Jones. Very thorough. Met with me before the procedure and after. Friendly staff and little to no wait. I highly recommend him. I have been a patient there over the course of five years.

Dr. Jones and his staff were very efficient at getting me into a colonoscopy and endoscopy. They have been very quick with results and follow-up. It seems lately that most doctors' offices are inefficient and always running behind schedule but not this office, they seem to be right on time, it was a refreshing change.

Dr. Jones is an exceptional physician. He has a sweet and calm bedside manner. He is extremely intelligent and highly educated. He is kind and compassionate. He is very comprehensive and thorough. He has had exceptional training. The previous negative review is disrespectful to this physician's dedication and years of intense education to take care of his patients. He may not need to review a scan or may have reviewed it behind the scenes. Remember, there are always two sides to every story!

Most ratings for services are 1 to 5 - I would have to give Dr. Jones a ZERO, for his everything - skill, professionalism, etc. First - he does not read any scans that are done -he only reads the radioligists reports. They, his office, has no ability to read the scans even though I brought him a disk nor can they go on-line. He just reads the report which we did ourselves so you don't even need him. He was no help when we asked him questions. Never, never, never see this doctor

Dr Jones and the whole staff at Digestive Health Specialists are the most professional, caring individuals I have met. I had a procedure done by Dr Jones on June 7, 2018 and I honestly believe he saved my life. Thank You Dr Jones.
