Treats me like I’m family. Best doctor Ever!
I was experiencing a multitude of strange and terrifying symptoms that I had no idea were related to MS. For years, I saw several types of specialists hoping to figure what was wrong with me, but it was to no avail. Finally, after begging for an MRI after I thought I was having a stroke, the results pointed to MS, but the doctors I was referred to were not accepting new patients. Dr. Kaim was the only person willing to help. Since then, my visits have been so warm, friendly, and helpful. I feel as though the staff and Dr. Kaim really care about me. They greet me by name and never cease to help out beyond expectations. They have been a blessing in my life and have helped me cope with the battles I face daily with Multiple Sclerosis. RECENTLY, I had a massive relapse and was in the hospital for 6 days, & even though he was out of town, he called my room to speak with me and immediately came well after hours to personally check on me and render care despite having his own health issues.

I have been seeing Dr. Kaim for over 27 years he saved my life! I was in my late 20’s and started experiencing what were awful panic attacks, but at the time I had no idea what was happening to me. He was patient and kind and never made me feel like there was something wrong with me. We, together figured out what was happening and he prescribed my first anxiety medication. In those days anxiety & panic attacks were not common knowledge and there was no internet. I trusted him & his expertise and have been able to live a productive happy life ever since. I would refer anyone to this gentleman he is ‘old school’ written notes and files with a gentle human touch... Thank you Dr. Kaim for all you did for me and my family.

Dr. Kaim is one of the most thorough doctors I have seen. at 78 years of age, I have many doctors and he takes the time with me to go over all my medications from all my doctors to see if they are in order. Often the wait is a long time, but he has gotten more staff and that is not the problem it use to be.

Terrible experience with Dr. Kaim. He made sexist remarks regarding my marital status and age without having children and has most recently lost all of our files due to a flood in their basement. Yes, they still use paper files only in 2019.

He has the worst staff of any doctors office. His office manager will tell you your health has nothing to do with her or the doctors office. She makes up stuff and is very rude to when the doctors not around, but when the doctors around she will act like shes your best friend.

Dr. Kaim is a very thorough Doctor, however he is so thorough that he takes his time to diagnose you. Dr. Kaim did all kinds of neurologic tests on me, and I ended up going to another neurologist to find that she only had to do a couple to give me a diagnosis. He had me do a sleep test when I really didn't need one. (I have MS.) I mainly chose another neurologist because the wait times WITH APPT are horrific. Over 2 hr wait to be seen.

Dr. Kaim’s team truly go above and beyond in providing every patient with the BEST patient care and customer care possible. It may seem it takes a bit longer than usual, BUT the reason behind it is because they genuinely care about each patient and; they don’t take shortcuts and focus on each of us as human beings not just as another “number”. Dr Kaim is one of a kind Physician & specialist that still believes in traditional medicine. BEST clinic & staff in ELP, highly recommended!!!
