Great Doctor
I am 100% disabled. For the past 10 years, Dr. Jones has been my physician at the VA. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, kind, patient, and caring he is. He and his team quickly respond whenever I need them to resolve an issue that I may have. I have always been pleased with his care.

Very disappointing doc
I don’t think Mr Jones (can’t call him doctor he’s that bad) should be looking after vulnerable disabled or elderly veterans. He very manipulative and he will cut your care off for chronic condition just like that. He did it to me, had to get 2nd opinion on my own valuble time to find out he was wrong, but I already knew he’s wrong. Meanwhile l missed care l need. He doesn’t look at med records or history for your health. He thinks he’s God or acts like it. Pride goeth before a fall!

Dangerous to Veterans
I have some chronic conditions that I have had for 15 years or longer and have been treated by the VA, in some VAs very well. Because there has been degradation in my health I filed for benefits commensurate with that. Within a week or two after I did Dr. Jones said l didn’t have any of the conditions that at least 6 VA doctors have diagnosed me with. And when l saw him for an exam he pulled and pushed me (under the guise of testing) and l have severe bone degrading. It hurt, He didn’t even look at my medical records. Please take care of yourself and the vets in your family by not seeing this doctor. There are other doctors in the VA system that are very good

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DOES NOT RESPOND TO SECURED MESSAGES, IGNORES CALLS FROM ADVOCATES, NURSING and PHARMACY. THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, DID NOT RENEW PAIN MEDICATIONS, LAST TIME WITH SIX DAY LAPSE IN HAVING ANY PAIN MEDICATIONS. THIS DOCTOR SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE....(VETERAN BEWARE) THIS DOCTOR CAUSES EMOTIONAL, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ABUSE WITHOUT ANY EMPATHY. MAKES YOU WONDER WHY DR. JONES EVER BECAME A DOCTOR. MY RATING IS A 0................

Dr. Jones is an excellent doctor. He’s patience and understanding. Explains everything to his patients. Couldn’t as for a better doctor

Dr. Jones first and foremost is a SAVED doctor. He is very caring and passionate when it comes to taking care of his patients. He is highly skilled, qualified, has a in-depth knowledge of field of medicine. 5 ??
