Dr. Beth Rasmussen, MD

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr Rasmussen this far in my pregnancy (28 weeks). She is responsive to messages and when I have questions she presents all sides as an answer to help me make informed decisions. I really appreciate feeling like she takes the time to answer all of my questions and give me guidance.

Pays no attention to you. She is never on time for your weekly visits. There is no personal connection to your situation. She gives a vibe that she just doesn't care.

I had a miscarriage on week 8th of my pregnancy under her control. She was not available for a single visit for all 8 weeks of the pregnancy; my first appointment with her was supposed to be on week 10th! I was not able to see her even during my miscarriage. Before my pregnancy she was aware of my Thyroid problem, but she did not pay a good attention to it until week 6th which my test was abnormal. Also, on week 6th I informed her about the strange persistent pain in my lower ab, she said if it did not disappear after three days I need to schedule an appointment. The pain diapered but when I lost my baby the doctors told me that the growth had stop on week 6th. She is not caring, responsible, nor available. I would definitely go for someone else who CARES about you, your health condition, and your hopes! Someone who being more kind!

I was seen by this doctor because I wanted birth control. I told her I cannot take the pill because it releases hormones and that makes me ill. She inserted the only IUD that gives off hormones. I was sick for a year until I went to planned parenthood in St. Peters to have the placement checked and told the dr there how I had been feeling for so long. (I thought it was the flu off and on for that long). Turns out Dr. Rasmussen gave me the only IUDthat gives off hormones that she knew I cant have
