Amazing Cardiologist!
I saw Dr. Mukete after an allergic reaction to Lisinopril (after several years of use) landed me in the emergency room. I followed up with my primary care physician, who unfortunately prescribed me a derivative of the Lisinopril. This could have been really bad because of my severe allergy.Dr. Mukete reviewed my file and immediately caught the error and changed the medication to one that won't potentially cause anaphylaxis (an important catch, huh?)He was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He was spot on. Since Dr. Mukete has been in charge of my high blood pressure, my readings are better than normal. I can't recommend him enough. He knows his stuff!

Definitely Recommend
Dr. Mukete is an excellent cardiologist. He is on top of his game, a professional in his craft and always willing to address concerns or questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a cardiologist.

He was very quick to point out that my blood pressure meds are outdated and that I should try some new ones that came on the market. I tried explaining to him that they do work fine for me & my regular doctor after many trial and error have finally found a regiment that has been working for 2+ years. He acted like a pharmaceutical rep not a doctor. Guaranteed I only went in for nausea and vomiting, I do have a pacemaker guess that's why he was called. I feel sorry for us that rely on doctors.
