I was visiting Louisiana and tweaked my back. Dr McHugh did amazing work! I was up and walking the next day. He was very attentive and considerate. I would recommend him to anyone with back pain. I wish I could have him work on the other side of my back but I love out of state. I know he’d get me fixed right up.

This office is very rude and unprofessional. The office manager was yelling and would not allow me to speak. I called to verify if she received a fax and she said they will need something in writing. I advised that it was faxed on 10/12/17.

Excellent surgeon, but office staff is the worst!!!! Billed Medicare incorrectly and will not REBILL or even call to fix. Instead, screamed at my mother and threatened to send her to a collection agency!! My mother never even raised her voice. Filing Medicare complaint!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! RUDEST OFFICE STAFF EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Dr. McHugh has performed two spinal surgeries (upper and lower) on me over a ten year span. I found him to be an excellent surgeon, I most surely wound not hesitate to use him again, if needed. Paula compliments his practice immensely.

Dr. McHugh used minimally invasive surgery procedures on me after two separate spine injuries that were catastrophic in nature. Was restored to pre-injury condition after first surgery and am well on the way to healing after surgery a week ago. Injuries due to deteriorating disc condition and my reluctance to cut back or slow down my rigorous physical activity that includes demanding physical exertion. I'm learning! Dr. McHugh and his PA, Paula, are tremendous assets to our area.
