My husband started attending his office last year. Very nice staff and polite. Since my husband is deaf,when he needs to make an appointment I'm always requesting a sign language interpreter and they request him one. I'm grateful for the for the doctor and his staff. Thank you for your hard work. We appreciated.

I had been dealing with breathing issues for over 18 months where my quality of life had deteriorated one day at a time. After going to many different doctors with no solutions, I ended up in the ER and was given only one option that would have resulted in needing assisted help for the rest of my life. Luckily, I was referred to Dr. Westbrook and from the get go, he properly diagnosed me and performed a surgery that saved me and my quality of life has never been better. Dr. Westbrook, Jennifer who is part of his team, and everyone in his staff is friendly, helpful and truly care about their patients. I now have a second change at a normal life thanks to Dr. Westbrook, he is truly Godsend. I actually have not seen Dr. Westbrook yet but saw his Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer Linford. She was so very compassionate, skilled, and articulate in the way she communicated with me regarding my issues. It took a while to get the appointment, but the wait was so worth it. Everyone from the phone staff, to the front desk, and MAs were top notch. (Elaine was amazing!) I will see the doctor next month. Am grateful to have this office in El Paso! Office wait time was a bit, but they were short staffed. They apologized and were so very gracious. (As opposed to offices that don’t really care!) Again, totally worth it and people need to be more patient.

Came to El Paso all the way from Vegas Took my Grandmother who has been having trouble breathing for seven years! To Dr. Westbrook. And after a day and a few hours in the OR she can finally breath after 7 years of not being able to walk or eat or anything comfortably.. God bless this Dr! Highly recommended! We appreciate you so much Doc from all her family in Texas and Las Vegas!!! ????????????????????

Dr. Westbrook removed a lump from my neck. He did an amazing job on removing it I'm so great full I couldn't have found an amazing person. I highly recommend Dr. Westbrook and staff.

Sorry to say, a lot has changed in the past 10 months since my surgery. The office staff have drastically gone down hill in their duties and competence. Mistakes and not following through on phone calls or calling in refills correctly are too commonplace now, you incorrectly fill out my blood draw request, so I have to repeat the test then you lose the results, and it's my fault! When I finally get a call from DR Westbrook, I am told to see another doctor as he does not do long term treatment after surgery..............

Dr. Westbrook removed a tumor from my throat and I could have not asked for a better doctor and staff. I am so appreciative of the professionalism and dedication to my case. Thank you Dr. Westbrook.

Over an hour wait times

Very impressed with dr Westbrook and nurse practitioner! Very knowledgeable, very kind, exam procedure went wonderful, pain free and explained findings very clearly. I was most impressed with their knowledge on my rare auto immune disease and appreciate the time they took to listen and understand my health problems and concerns. The staff was equally as wonderful, I was very blessed to find dr Westbrook and staff. I would highly recommend!!!

Gentle On target Professional

Recently has a tumor removed from the base of tongue. Dr. Westbrook anticipated any issues and addressed them instantly each time. Definitely a very attentive and skilled surgeon.

Dr. Westbrook and his entire staff are professional, and demonstrate genuine concern! The staff goes out of their way to answer questions, and make the patient feel comfortable. The office decor is uplifting, and it’s clean. Dr. Westbrook took time to explain my situation, and I have complete confidence in him. I’ll recommend him to others! Thank you all, and stay safe.

This man has restored my ability to breathe again. Something that we all take for granted is a miracle to have back. I meant him a few years ago at WBAMC, and glad that he stuck around when he got out.

Dr. Benjamin Westbrook performed outpatient surgery around my ear. He was extremely professional and thorough. His staff is awesome and caring. Dr. Westbrook continuously asked me if I had questions or concerns during my follow up visit after my procedure. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Westbrook by far the best ENT Doctor. He is understanding, caring and explains everything as much as he can. He will also take the time to answer all your questions.
