Wasn’t important enough to matter
My feelings were belittled. My concerns weren’t made important. My problems were dismissed, when I was finally pushed to my breaking point i was criticized for crying and was made to feel like it was my fault! Will not be returning!

Every time I see one of the providers, I feel like they have such compassion and take very good care of my family. They are very thorough and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Not going back. I've gone to this office a handful of times, everyone's review is accurate. You only see Ben on your first visit. After that, he pawns you off. I called their emergency number to get them to fill a script for me because I had an extreme gout flare up. They never even called back. Went in today, actually got Dr. Brashear for the 1st time in over 2 years. He looked at the computer screen. Did care much for what I had to say. Refused to fill out FMLA paperwork for me because it was "more detailed than what he was used to". They are lazy, they never follow up. They claim you owe them money even though they make you pay up front every visit. Forget it. I'm done. Finding a new Dr.

We have trusted our care to this facility for over 9 years. The last several visits for three of our family members has left us disappointed. It’s hard to get an appointment and then when you beg, you are given the god of PA’s. Every time I see him, I leave shaking my head. Yesterday, he did not exam me at all but sent me on my way to get a steroid packet and antibiotics. I’m guessing since he did not do any testing or even look at my throat he will again code this visit at the highest level and I will get a bill even though I paid the deductible amount. I could have stayed at home and called the tell a doc for less.

Awful! all they care about is billing your insurance as much as possible and not solving your care needs. I met with the actual Dr. and was not happy with his lets just play with the computer system and see where this gets you type of feel. He never once listen'd to my heart or heard be breath. Didnt check anything on me. Even though i had diabetic symptoms and nerve pain..... i got him sitting next to me at his desk while he clicked away at a computer system... and the visit was $250.00 at that! extremely upset.

Like everyone else I saw the doctor once. Then I was farmed out to staff. Last visit the staff guy acted like I was an imposition. Didn’t want to hear what I had to say. HE has the answers. Wound up in ER the next day. I’m finding a new doctor.

Dr. Brashear will see you once or twice and then give you the very obvious elevator sales pitch of how he uses PA's to help him and then you don't see him anymore, bait and switch. The PA's spend a max of 3-5 minutes (while looking at the computer screen most of that time) with you and then you see they billed for a 30 minute visit and items not done. Total crank out as many patients in a day environment. The front office staff must be very unhappy as they are always short with people.

The experience with this clinic was HORRIBLE. I started going to this clinic when I developed a pain in my lower left abdomen. I was diagnosed with diverticulitis. Not once did I see this Dr. Brasher. The only clinical staff that saw me was the PAs or a nurse practitioner. When my diverticulitis became accute, I had to be admitted into the hospital going though the ER which cost more though your insurance because nurse practitioners cannot admit you into a hospital.
