Worst Scheduling Ever
The doctor might be good but Natalie the physician scheduler is highly unprofessional. Multiple calls (20) were made and messages were left but never received a call back.

Rushed Through Appointment
Rushed. He spent less than five minutes examining my nose and gave me the option to have or not have surgery. I’m seeking a second opinion elsewhere. Since I didn’t have huge major findings before examine, it’s like he came to see me in-between another patient. If I choose surgery, it won’t be with him nor with Mass Eye and Ear.

Dr Blier
Very professional and his procudure was able to solve problem previous surgury elsewhere was not able to. I would highly recommend him and his surgical team espically the OR nurses were great

He Actually Listens
I am still blown away that Dr Bleier actually listened to me to understand what I have been going through and enduring since 2016. Between the questionnaire I received the day before the appointment, background information I brought and his careful questioning, he was able to relieve my mind that he actually “heard” me and has put a plan in place to see if we can get to the bottom of it. Dr Bleier is a role model for why someone should want to become a physician.

I always hesitate to leave reviews so soon after the procedures. But I must say Dr Bleier and team was quite impressive. I almost postponed my surgery due to fear, anxiety, over thinking. Dr Bleiers team really eased my concerns and answered all my questions. So far so good.

Excellent care provider
Dr. Bleier explains the procedure and all directions very well. He is very knowledge about every aspect and is also very kind, empathetic and polite. My results were fantastic and greatly improved my quality of life. I cannot recommend him and his care team enough, I'm very thankful and appreciative.

My Favorite Dr!
I never mind driving into Boston to see Dr. Bleier! Dr. Bleier has been treating me since late summer of 2020. Dr. Bleier and his team are the most professional and compassionate care providers that I see. From my follow-up appointments to surgery, he is always has time to discuss whatever symptoms or questions I may have.

Rushed. Should have initially used anesthetic prior to inserting scope into nose. Did finally use it after it became apparent I was extremely uncomfortable. Did not discuss any of my symptoms and reasons for seeking medical advice that I had listed.

At my first appointment with him, Dr. Bleier was able to diagnose, and prescribe for, a contributing problem of which I, and apparently the other ENT specialist I had seen earlier, was unaware. In result, my symptoms seem to be improving, with an increased chance that I will be able to avoid surgery, with which the other specialist had seemed ready to proceed.

I was excited to see De Bleier. I scheduled for the first appointment in the morning and he was right on time. He had one of his fellows come in and interview me first, to get the lay of the land. After a few minutes, Dr Blier came in and did his own examination of my sinus. The treatment protocol is to spend a month using a topical antibiotic and I have already scheduled the followup appointment.

I would advise anyone with nasal polyp issues to go directly to Dr. Bleier. After several other doctors could not effectively treat me, Dr. Bleier managed to successfully seemingly eradicate the problem.

Dr. Bleier is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. I went to see Dr. Bleier after suffering many years of sinus issues. Dr. Bleier recommended a procedure to correct the sinus issues I was experiencing. My quality of life has improved since having sinus surgery with Dr. Bleier. I highly recommend Dr. Bleier if you have any sinus issues.
