Dr. Tseng is always very helpful and knowledgeable. He is quick to respond to messages on MyRush, and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Though he moves fast, I don't feel rushed or ignored. I don't mind a little longer wait (though it has not generally been my experience) because the visit is well done.

Dr. Tseng was patient and concerned about all my questions. He responded to each concern I had with a recommendation which he put in writing so I could remember them. I appreciated the time and patience he gave to my concerns. When I have used My Chart, I have appreciated his prompt and detailed responses to my questions.
