I actually have seen Dr Rosenblum and his NP Kenan. They were both really great and well mannered. I had some very serious sinus issues that I needed taken care of that I have had for years. Now I can breath. When I called to schedule the appointment the lady was very patient with me and knew what she was talking about. I couldn't get in with Rosenblum right away so she asked if I would see NP instead. She explained to me that he was a very nice young man that worked with Dr Rosenblum at MOBAP. She also explained to me that they would both be in the office that day. I seen NP Kenan in Glen Carbon and when he decided that I needed surgery Dr Rosenblum popped his head in the door and I was later fix. The lady at the window also scheduled the surgery for me and I seemed to believe she was the same one that I talked to on the phone when I scheduled my appointment, very nice. I would highly recommend going to see them for any of your sinus issues.

A few months back I scheduled an appointment with the Glen Carbon office. The receptionist was terribly rude!!! Over speaking me not letting me get a word in as I was trying to provide an explanation to the question she asked of me, not customer service skills what so ever! I have always enjoyed the end results From the Doctor so I figured the receptionist was having a bad day and continued on with the appointment. When checking in for the appointment same results from my experience when I scheduled the appointment. Not sure if it was the same receptionists said her name of LIZ but the welcome feeling was all too familiar; sarcastic tone, judgmental attitude, it must be the vide of the staff. I continued on given the history I have with the Doctor and had already paid for the visit. with the workers behind him like this I see why he is accepting new patients. His staff are running us off!

Office visits have been very good. He's very attentive and takes his time. He's thoughtful in his explanations. He performed nasal surgery on me 4 months ago, removing nasal polyps and scraping out sinus scar tissue. My recovery was much, much easier than I expected and I haven't breathed this well in years. I am scheduled to undergo eustachian tube balloon dilation with him in two weeks. Hoping it will improve my hearing and eliminate the full feeling in my ears.

Several years ago, both my husband and I had surgery for a deviated septum and we both also paid extra for rhinoplasty performed by Dr Rosenblum. I strongly recommend that you do not have rhinoplasty done by Dr Rosenblum and research for a skilled plastic surgeon in rhinoplasty. He did a terrible job. My husband and I both regret having it done by Dr Rosenblum.

Had 10 appt, arrived 9:45 as requested. Was called in at 10:45 & was told I would be moved again to see Dr. She asked why I was there. I started to explain & she said she didn't need "whole story" & walked out. Waited there another 20 min. I left as I needed to accompany my spouse to an appt. It's rude to expect people to wait almost 1.5 hours, probably longer! I'll NEVER go back! Can't comment on Dr. as I didn't see him. Many very good Dr.s see patients in a timely manner.

After having numerous doctors told me that nothing could be done to correct my sinus issue. I met Dr. Rosenblum for the first time on a Monday....Thursday he had me in surgery......The next day...Removed the packing and I was finally able to breathe BETTER than before the first surgery while still badly swollen. Hands down I'd recommend him highly to anyone needing a very rare excellent ENT Doctor

I had thyroid surgery in Aug. of 2016. I had much difficultly with the staff returning phone calls before the surgery. Post op was even worse. All my appointments were at least 45 minutes to an hour behind schedule. I also have a paralized vocal cord. No direction was given to me other than come back in 3 weeks. I got a 2nd opinion. I told Rosenblum I would not be coming back ever because I lost trust and felt disrespected as a human being and patient. Unacceptable practice & care! No referrals!

Very disgusted with experience. Had initial consultation appt at 10:45. Waited until 11:55 am at which he came in for FIVe minutes. Looked at my nose ears and throat. Said the audiologist did all the work ( which they did and explained the results well). I will never return nor will I recommend this doctor to anyone. Poorly run practice.
