Dr. Luciano is one of the kindest doctors I have ever seen. She is very thorough. I am also very impressed with her assistant, Rhonda.

Dr Luciano is wonderful! I’ve seen many rheumatologists over the years and she is my favorite. She treats me with compassion and respect. She listens and explains things better than any doctor I’ve had before. She is also up to date on treatment options for autoimmune diseases. I’m feeling better than I’ve felt in a long time.

I waited for 1.5 hours and it’s wasn’t longer because I had to go to the restroom. When I went, I saw her and the pharmaceutical sales rep talking and having lunch. I just looked at her then came back to my room. She apologized and said that she was running behind. Then she told me I was too young to have RA (despite my positive labs) She prescribed medication, but never called it in. After calling her office, it was sent two weeks later. There was also no follow up call. I DO NOT recommend.

I have seen Dr Luciano twice now and am not impressed. The first thing she said upon meeting me was "why are you here, you look fine." I waited 6 weeks to see her after my PMD told me she was concerned about Lupus bc of symptoms and that was my greeting? She made up her mind upon that 1st 20 minutes that I had fibromyalgia. Even though 3 lab results she requested show inflammation. I got nothing but Vit d for pain mgmt bc lyrica didnt help. I only know her diagnosis bc of pprwrk.

Dr. Luciano was absolutely amazing. After years of bad experiences with strictly by the book hematologists refusing to listen to me and my symptoms, my health continued to worsen, resulting in a trip to the Mayo Clinic. Naturally I was afraid to put my trust in another doctor back home, but after meeting Dr. Luciano and her nurse, they have my full confidence. Huge weight lifted off my shoulders! She is not only extremely versed in her field, she is warm, and takes the time to listen. 10/10!

In our day & age of medicine/insurance rules, it is hard to find a physician that actually behaves like they love people/good listener. Today was my first visit with Dr. Luciano & I am so glad! The wait for an appointment was absolutely horrible but she seems like a wonderful physician. I really recommend toughing it out if you can - I have seen many physicians in the North Texas area within the past 1.5 years, & she is great so far!
