Granted she is a good person and she is usually the doctor you see in the ER. She is overwhelmed lately. Taking on too many patients it seems. When I first saw her it was in the ER. I was impressed with her then although I felt like I wasnt getting enough information on what was happening to me and needed emergency surgery. Lately - Shes usually running 30 - 2 hrs late to her appts. She always seems distant in the meetings and looking at the door. Ill ask her something that causes concern and she saids its fine trust her. I like to know why its fine. I also find her billing department not doing the best as I have had so many claims come to me asking to pay because billing wasn't billing it right. This last time spooked me in L&D ER. I waited 5 hrs as I contracted. In a overflow room, no A/C in a ton of pain, and she came in saying "Whats wrong now"Im sure she didnt mean it like that but when youre in pain... take it wrong. Overall a good doctor just needs more personal touch.

Dr.Barry was my ob/Gyn at U.T and I love how nice she is and how she listen to when I ask questions before I had my son and when I thought about getting my tubes tie she ask if I was sure and no I wasn't sure so we did a birth control that will last up to five years so I will know for sure or not.But I fallow her to Tennova because I don't want no other Ob/Gyn she also always called me back when I was pregnant if I was worried about something and she still does so I will be sticking with her.
