My experience with Dr. Verma and his assistant, Robert, has been excellent. Dr. Verma is very professional and polite, a real gentleman. The tests he ordered from the beginning and the treatment he prescribed in a timely fashion significantly improved my health. He carefully explained all aspects of my illness, the prescribed treatment, the expectations and prognosis. I'm sure the demands on his time are huge, so his conversations do not often stray from relevant topics related to my health condition, which is perfectly fine with me. His vast experience, formal education and credentials are well established and are a testament to Dr. Verma's medical pedigree.

I came in for a second opinion after another neurologist's diagnosis of my condition being ALS. I also had evidence in my file (EMG and NCS) of severe cubital tunnel syndrome, as well as carpal tunnel syndrome, both in my right arm. Despite my file provided to him including clear evidence of fairly severe recent methylmercury poisoning, which is known by competent neurologist to have symptoms that mimic those of ALS. Dr. Verma's "second opinion" improperly discounted the methylmercury poisoning and thus still concurred with the diagnosis of ALS. He also recommended that I begin taking a drug called Ritulik intended to slow the progression of ALS, which reportedly has about a 2% chance of severely damaging one's liver. Fortunately I fairly promptly realized Dr. Verma’s second opinion ALS diagnosis and the original ALS diagnosis were both clear misdiagnoses. now more than one year after the original ALS diagnosis, my neuropathy and muscle atrophy have both improved significantly.

Dr Ashok changed my life. I am from a far place, São Paulo, Brazil, and I am a Thomsen desease patient. After many local neurologists consultances, with no solutions, I was becoming worst day after day. I was almost loosing my walking capacity and many capabilities. Researching about the desease, I found Dr. Ashok and sent him an e-mail explanning all my situation. He gave me a special attention, respect and teached me a lot about the desease and it's treatment. He explainnwd me about 3 different medicines and suggested me to scheddule a consultance with a friend of him, Dr. Alan Gabay, a doctor in my city, another angel in my life. Today I am a new man. I have a normal life again, with no limitations. These two doctors saved my life and gave peace to my family. To Dr. Ashok, more than a doctor, a special human being.

I have an undiagnosed autoimmune disease. This doctor told me that I will probably never get diagnosed and everyone wasted a ton of money running any tests on me, and that overtime I'll learn to get over it. Then he told me to make sure I sleep and drink more water. Super helpful what a waste of time driving down to Miami fmind you I've had to change my entire athletic career and job duties due to heat intolerance spasms neuropathy brain fog and GI issues. But sure I'll just learn to get over it
