Bad Toe surgery
Dr Korves tried twice to remove a cyst from my big toe. Came right back after in-office procedure and then tried again in the Sutter surgery center. Failed to giving me antibiotics post surgery and I ended up with a terrible infection; cellulitis. Cyst came back. During much of the surgery she spoke very loudly and kept saying that there was too much blood and she couldn't see what she was doing and to cinch down on the ankle cuff. That was rather disquieting.

Disappointed
She was energetic. Determined. Not real interested in talking about a procedure to explain what was to be done or any side effects. Sadly, not a great doc for my issue. Made a couple of mistakes and tried to put it on me - 'its the high heels you are wearing' - sadly have not worn high heels for 15+ years! Did a minor surgical procedure and the 'cut' was a little longer than it should've been. When asked if it needed any extra care during healing - she denied she did it!! Really? Who else did?? Lots of little things. Caused a secondary and a third problem to begin and told me there was no fixing it. Did not go back. Found another podiatrist who is handling these and trying to rehab what was done.

Terrible experience. I had to have the bunion and hammertoe surgery redone. It was literally years of pain. Also found out I had another broken toe post-operatively (stress fracture from surgery) and was never told. Doing ok now, thankfully.

Not a good experience. My bunion surgery was not a success. I had to have it repaired by another doc. Her staff wouldn't give me my x rays...what a coincidence, their machine lost them....not sure she is a capable doc

Initial visit went well. Referred to MRI and PT. When I tired to follow up for another appointment, no one ever returned my multiple calls!

I was diagnosed with a planter plate tear and 1st tried a conservative treatment which did not work. I sought a 2nd opinion for the next step. This is when I met Dr. Korves. After discussing with her all of my options in detail, I decided surgery would be best. Two weeks ago she operated on me to repair the tear, and I am recovering well at the rate expected. Stitches out today! Dr. Korves and her staff were kind and very helpful throughout this entire experience. I highly recommend them.

Her staff are rude and hard to deal with. After I decided to leave the practice, they recoded my stays so that insurance would not pay the claims. They were changed to denied
