I found this doctor rude and inconsiderate from the first visit. Then I had an unplesant experience with one of his staff. He could not care less about my point of view and warned me to not have another episode or he would "dismiss" me. I felt it was his staff that was inconsiderate and who did not listen to my situation of having a headache. Anyway, I will not continue with this doctor.

My 95-yr old Mother was totally blind but was in agony with terrible pain in her eyes. Tho she had been to other doctors, none had resolved the problem. Dr. Jacobson did & prescribed contacts that acted as a bandaid on her eyes. They had to be changed every 30 days and because her eyes were small, we took her in every mo. and Marjean patiently removed the pld ones & put new ones in. If needed, Dr. Jacobson would check her eyes. He was kind, patient, understanding & reassuring. He is GREAT!
