staff is SUPER RUDE !!!!
BARBARA OFC MANAGER IS RUDE JOJO NOT SURE IF SHE IS PHONE RECEPTIONIST OR F.DESK BUT SHES JUST AS RUDE AS OFC MANAGER .... THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE SHOULD NOT WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD THEY NEED A JOB W.NO PEOPLE INTERACTION AND SO SAD SUCH A GOOD DR BUT WE WILL BE LEAVING THE PRACTICE !!!!

Nothing Stays the Same
Always taking on new patients, and that greed has caused no appointments for already existing patients that have been coming here for years. Can no longer reach anyone via phone because they put you on hold and forget about you, and at best, you will be put on a waitlist of which they never have an opening! SHAMEFUL!

Terrible! I have been calling for results on my blood work for 7 days. I call every day and am told the doctor will call me. Doctor never calls. Just spoke to office manager who had nothing to tell me. Very frustrating! Searching for a new doctor. Don’t go there!

Dr. Villa Franca. I am glad to say that I am really blessed to have him as my endocrinologist. He listens carefully and answered my questions with a lot of patience. He spends a lot of his time till he satisfied me as his patient. He is very efficient and very kind. On top of that he has very good staff who is very diligent in performing their duties

For many years I have been struggling to keep my A1C under control, I saw many Endocrinologists but it was not until Dr. Villafranca took my case that I was able to go from an A1C of 14 to an A1C of 6.8. Between Dr. Arnaldo Villafranca and Dr. Luis Garzon, my medications were reviewed and modified to help me achieve the desired outcome. I feel blessed to have Dr. Villafranca as my Endocrinologist, I really trust him with my health.

He was kind and listened to my medical history patiently. I am very happy with my visit and looking forward to my next one. The staff was very sweet as well! I arrived a few minutes late so it meant a lot that they were welcoming.

Dr. Villa Franca is a very professional doctor who is very understanding and very cooperative to the patients needs. I am glad to say that I am really blessed to have him as my endocrinologist. He listens carefully and answers questions with lot of patience. He spends lot of time till he satisfies the patient. On top of all the qualities mentioned above I would like to add that he has a very efficient staff who is very diligent in performing their duties and make the patient and the family relaxed by working the best to give appointments when needed.

I love Dr. Villafranca... I had thyroid cancer and after treatment no one could give me a dosage that will make me feel like me again until I went to Dr. Villafranca. I know I don't every want to go to any other ED&M. He is makes me feel like I am his only patient everytime I see him. All I can say is that I just LOVE this man.

Dr. Villafranca has to be one of the best doctors I have seen in a very long time, He has taken his time to get my type 1 diabetes under control and I am super happy with my results. The staff is amazing, I have never met such wonderful people. I would recommend this Endocrinologist with my eyes closed, One of the best doctors I have seen in a very long time. Thank you for making my visit so great.
