Dr. Mudit Jain, MD

Dr. Jain is an excellent doctor who truly cares! He has been my endocrinologist for over 25 years. I am so grateful for Dr. Jain. He is the best!

Dr Mudit Jain during my appointment, the Doctor was dismissive of my concerns and rushed through the examination, leaving me with unanswered questions and in tears. I was consoled by another Doctor that was new who was more empathetic to me and was offering to help. However after 5 years of being a patient I’ve never been treated like that. I do not recommend this endocrinologist at this time and have decided to establish treatment with a new Doctor.

Dr. spent a total of 8 minutes with me. told me to make an thyroid scan in 5 weeks. Made an appointment and office told me they would get my referral from primary and insurance. Day before the scan a RUDE woman called to say she had not gotten my referral. Ms. RUDE said she was a 'COURTESY' when it comes to insurance, which she repeated several times and told me to cancel my appointment and go get my referral. I asked what have you been doing for 5 weeks and why notify me the day before my appt. ' I don't reach until the day before'. I will not go back!! Staff like her put doctors out of business.

At first I thought Dr Jain was a great doctor. He felt my thyroid & recommended an ultrasound and then biopsy. When I went to the office to get the results he didn't have them. I scheduled another appointment & called that morning to ask if he had them & was told I had to ask the doctor so I requested a call. Front desk called me to say they did not. Rescheduled appointment but called sooner & told he wanted conference call. Asked if he calls me or I call him She did not know & was called back to say come in. I wanted my friend in NY to be on the call & was told she could not, but kept her on phone. After the result of thyroid cancer was given I was told the surgeon would do ultrasound but Jain wanted another one just to 'see something.' I was freaked out and let him do it. When I got a bill for it I called for 4 months and 4 bills to say he had no reason to do it and send me to collections. He finally wrote it off. RUN from this office - do not walk.

Excellent diagnostician-constantly reviewing medications and making changes where needed. Schedules appointments to avoid extensive delays when you arrive at office. Great 'bedside' manner. Always has a smile on his face. I trust him implicitly!!!

Every visit to Dr. Jain results in a level of high confidence my health care is top notch.Dr. Jain and his staff are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and friendly.I am extremely happy with Dr. Jain and staff and recommend anyone needing treatment seek Diabetes & Thyroid Care Center of Excellence.

The doctor along with his associates are soooo professional and patient and kind I was treated like family Sooo nice We need more professionals in the field like these workers!! Kudos to them He’s efficient and very patient and kind hearted!!

I have been a patient with Dr. Jain since 2018, but this past year has been horrible. I contacted Dr. Jain in regards to being pregnant to adjust my meds, but then i contacted him again months later and he didn't even know i was pregnant(mind you he called my OB and discussed my bloodwork) Although, i do not expect him to remember everything about each patient. However, how is that information not in my chart? Then the next appointment I pay the co-pay, he indicates he will call me back to discuss my bloodwork, but never does. After giving birth, I call again and being told they havent seen me since Sept of 2022, but your office took my co-pay end of November for a visit. Very unorganized, and there is a woman named Michelle that is very rude. She will not let you explain anything and just quickly places you on hold. I am literally out of my meds, which I take everyday and was told it will not be refilled until I am seen, but my appointment is a month away. How does that make any sense

My Mom is a new patient of Dr. Jain and I accompany her to the appointments. He’s so caring, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. We never feel rushed and he answers all of our questions/ concerns and explains things clearly so that we understand. We’re so happy to have found such a wonderful Endo Doctor! Thank you.

Staff was super friendly, short wait, doctor was great. It was a pleasant and easy visit, so happy that I found them!

I was very impressed with the service the office staff and Dr. Jain provided during my first visit to his office. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The waiting time was reasonable ( I arrived at 8:30 am and at 9:15 am I was seen by Dr. Jain), and Dr. Jain was also friendly, and his calm demeanor made me relax and pay more attention to his questions and diagnosis.

Dr.Jain is the most knowledgeable, compassionate doctor I have come across in a long time.His demeanor , bedside manner and willingness to listen to the patient is astounding.The information he imparts to the patient is on a level that we as lay people can understand.If you choose to be a patient of Dr Jain, consider yourself to have made a wise medical choice.

Dr. Jain helped me get my diabetes under control. He always answered all of my questions with interest. He provided an encouraging environment of teamwork in helping me improve my health.

I had been a very healthy guy my entire life. After a roof fall accident, everything went sour. A year of inactivity left me with a troublesome case of diabetes. I tried everything, including changing my diet and adding an exercise program with no luck. Dr Jain carefully examined my current and past history, and developed a plan. It worked; I feel like my old self again. He seemed to know exactly what would help. I followed his directions and am doing great. Thank you Dr. Jain, and thanks also to your staff, especially Michelle (she's so nice); you got me back on track. :)
