Disgusted
If I could give negative stars I would. She is actually my husband's specialist. He received very distressing MRI results late on a Friday. By the following Thursday still no phone call to discuss with him to explain what is going on or even to say we need to do more tests. After reaching out to her, She sent a cryptic two line email that he needs bloodwork and a CT scan. She may be very smart, I don't know, but her communication skills and patient relations are a disgrace. Way to leave a patient in the abyss.

Don't bother
The extent of Dr. Pappu's patient care was re-reading my lab results and handing me a pamphlet. No interest in even listening to my GI issues, much less helping me address them. She's obviously given up on actually helping patients.
