He was the worst so called dr I have ever seen he told me I was obese and old I am only 51 and I weight 190 and am 5 foot 9 if that’s obese we’ll then there’s a lot of people worse off then me. He is on Walmarts payroll for work injury ratings he makes up what he wants. I would never go to this man if he was the last dr on earth.

Karma will get him – Nov 18, 2022

Same as other reviews, this Dr is biased and sides with the company paying him. I was obligated to see him for an IME. I am injured and he took sides with the company. I wasn't allowed to have anyone else in the room with me, so I have no witnesses. This Dr does not care and follows the lead of the company issuing his paycheck. Injured or not. The system is flawed and corrupt.

If you ever have to get an IME from this doctor be very careful and consult with an attorney first. This doctor works for the co you work for and does not care if you get the proper care or not. He get paid to close your WC case even if you are in the middle of treatment. He lied on his review about my case and as long as he gets a pay check from your company he will continue to close your case. Seek a lawyer before going to him.

Mr Theiler was who workers comp sent me to to have an Independent review of my injured shoulder. My injury was well documented as to when and where it happened. I work in a hospital and have the luxury of being able to speak with many surgeons and radiologists. I was warned the person had a bad reputation and no longer practiced privately. I was told his only business was from workers comp referrals which he most often denied due to them being his main source of income. I was 30 min early, and watched The person hit on the office staff and flirt like a frat boy. Watching a 60 year old man with a dyed beard and hair hot on young women was almost revolting. After a 5 min exam , where he was entirely rude and sat in the far corner of the room between the exam table and the wall, he left without so much as a polite have a good day. I was left shirtless trying to get dressed and find my way out. Needless to say, regardless of his findings he is a joke.

Nothing independent about it, Theiler works for the company paying him. Have had the misfortune to be examined by him twice. I was obviously in pain, yet he wrote I wasn't. He swears my injury happened at some point earlier even though medical records and well established standards reveal the opposite. He is arrogant to a fault, shows complete disdain for those HE believes have a fraudulent claim and is not above whining in his reports when a judge has taken the opinion of the other doctor.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Theiler?
Dr Theiler provides an independent evaluation. Im leaving this feedback for patients that search his name once they find out they will be visiting him for an IME. I was quite worried when I saw the reviews and had I read at least one positive, it wouldve eased my mind. Overall I had a good experience, the apt went more like an interview followed by an physical exam. He was polite, direct, and made small talk. I believe he does his job well. In full disclosure,my IME report concurred with my drs.
