Dr. Clifford Jones is not just an exceptional surgeon—he's like having a caring brother as your surgeon. After an accident while mountain biking, I initially went to the ER, where they released me with a sling and told me that I didn't need surgery. However, I suffered for weeks with a severely fractured scapula until Dr. Jones stepped in.He was the first to clearly explain the severity of my injury by showing me my CT scan and outlining why urgent surgery was necessary. He arranged for the surgery the very next day, and now, 3 titanium plates & 12 weeks later, my recovery is going wonderfully. My range of motion is nearly back to normal, and my strength and stamina are improving every day.Dr. Jones took the time to thoroughly walk me through the surgery process and what to expect for a full recovery. His skill, dedication, and excellent bedside manner made all the difference. I am incredibly grateful for his care and expertise!

Dr. Clifford Jones agreed to emergency hip replacement for my husband last summer after another doctor would only agree to a partial after the full replacement was recommended by the PA who actually had SEEN my husband. Before that I had seen another orthopedist In another practice and had been VERY unhappy. With my husband's recovery and our office visits with Dr. Jones I decided I needed to consult with him about my knee. Now I have nothing but PRAISE for 2 different situations. After several appointments and shots in my knee twice he has referred me to his colleague to take care of the problem with a "minorish tune-up" in keeping with my age and lifestyle. I am very pleased with his suggested solution and anxious to meet Dr. [...] on Monday!

I met Dr Jones when I fell and fractured my femur. He operated and repaired it. Perfect. No issues. A few years later, he operated again and removed the metal rod. His demeanor is very kind and empathetic. He answered all my questions thoroughly. When I mentioned an issue with a hip replacement surgery (not his work), he referred me to a colleague. He called that colleague while I was in Dr Jones' exam room. That other surgeon's office called me 20 minutes later on my way home. The other surgeon did an amazing job restoring my hip. I not only see Dr Jones when I need help, but I also trust his referrals, too.

I had my hip and knee replaced by Dr Jones. The hip was emergent after a fall and I wound up at Chandler Regional Medical Center. My husband called a friend who worked in the OR at CRMC. He and the OR team highly recommended Dr Jones. I was so fortunate to get the inside scoop, and as soon as I met him I knew they were right, (I am a nurse of 33+ years and am pretty good at recognizing a good doctor). He did a great job, I would trust him with my family, and he is a wonderful human being to boot.He always takes time with you and explains everything clearly. You feel like you are the most important patient he has. I have recommended him to a family member and he and his wife were equally impressed. You can trust Dr Jones to do a great job in the OR and for great follow up care.

I went to see Dr. Jones about my recent clavicle break. I found him to be friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and reassuring. He laid out my options, answered all my questions and concerns concisely, AND went out of his way to squeeze me into his busy surgery schedule. The staff at Chandler Regional that I had the pleasure of meeting also spoke very highly of him. Thank you Dr. Jones.

Dr. Jones was my surgeon from a motorcycle accident when I was hit by a truck in the tunnel of #10. He installed 25 peices of steel and did a marvelous job in the Banner Good Samaritan hospital. I returned to Canada with the x-rays and saw our best orthopedic surgeon. He viewed the x-rays and asked if he could contact Dr.Jones and told me that if that happened in Canada; he would have amputated my arm. He was hesitant to remove some of the hardware until I said I was returning to Phoenix. Long story short was that he was afraid I'd get infection, which did happened but by self treatment with disinfectant, I removed the bandages two days after canada doctor surgury and arrested infection. Thankyou Dr. C. Jones and your assistant(Anna) for saving my arm and making my life normal as possible. I was only joking when I said you should magnetise the steel in my arm, so I could always point north.

After above knee amputation a tunneling wound formed. Dr. Jones said to pack the hole with medihoney paste and sent us home. VA wound care was contacted and now the stump is healing. This doctor is incompetent and needs to be reported. Disgusted and horrified that this man is practicing. Reported incident to VA.
