He is possibly the hardest doctor to get ahold of. Never have I ever been able to contact him. I have to take a prescription daily to keep from outbreaks and he knows it, but refuses to refill. Always says I'm required to come in but will make me wait months even though I'm in pain. The guy doesn't care about you. He only cares about money. Don't waist your time with this guy, or anyone from West Chambers Medical Center for that matter.

Is there a negative rating? In 2018 I had to go to Malaysia in 3 days and I could not breath. He told me that I could probably get antibiotics easier in Malaysia than the US--What? He waited until the last day before I left to give me antibiotics which probably saved my life in Asia. In 2019 I had the worst flu ever and went to see him. He told me that, since it had been more than 2 days, there was nothing he could do for me--not even a steroid shot. He said that, if I had had a fever, I should have taken a picture of my thermometer at home and brought it to him. He told me to go home and ride it out. I was bed for 5 full days.

My whole family sees Dr Capili. We love him! Yes, he is hard to understand at times and I have to ask him to repeat himself. He also tends to stand with his arm crossed as mentioned in the other review. Doesn't bother me. He listens to my concerns and if he doesn't know something he will research it. I believe if I had a problem that he wasn't sure about or comfortable treating then he would refer me out to a specialist. As long as he takes our insurance we will continue to see him.

Probably some of the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. Very hard to understand not only bc of accent but because he mumbles and talks too fast. The staff are horrible - order you around, don't even say hello, wait is long (over 1.5 hours just for a regular visit), dr is very condescending with a lecturing tone - stands with arms crossed while speaking, and does not have one ounce of compassion. I felt like a number rather than a person and that I was a huge inconvenience to them.
